Just rang the southbank centre to book


Just rang the southbank centre to book tickets. Spent 14 minutes on the phone on hold (paying for that call) having been told by another pre-recorded voice that I would only have to wait 5 minutes to have my call answered. When after 14 minutes a woman answered the phone, I took a breath to speak during which time she put the phone down. Don't know if the Southbank Centre is outsourcing its booking work to a call centre but it is a very poor experience.
