I have not been to a dentist for 14 years but I had little choice finding an N H S dentist was interesting. I registered with South cliff dental clinic Gosport, and was amazed that I only had a few days to wait till I saw the first of two dentist. I have now been for more treatment and saw Mr K Ahmed who was professional explaining everything before starting treatment and giving much needed advice .

Been a patient here years at Hyde gardens. Always seen urgent when needed. Great friendly staff, they are strict on wasted NHS appointments however I understand as I feel lucky to be seen as NHS. My dentist always listens and is patient as I'm nervous

Ive sent multiple emails, called with no answer, left voicemails, i need to change my appointment. Im going to have to drive half hour just to pop in and do it! It's absolutely ridiculous!

(even though every app ive ever had they usually call me a couple days before to move).

I can’t recommend South Cliff Dental Practice highly enough, from the moment I walked in I was made to feel completely at ease throughout the whole time I was there, and this has been the same for every appointment I have attended. My dentist Ali is truly outstanding at what he does, and always in such a professional and caring manner, so much so that I never feel anxious about a trip to the dentist, for whatever treatment I need. Everything is always explained thoroughly and any questions I have are answered in full which gives me total confidence of being in safe hands. An exceptional service, always.

Great team great experience

I was looking for a NHS dentist as I can no longer afford the fees of the private dentist I'm registered with. This one said taking on new patients so I rang explaining that I have broken a tooth, I was then asked if I would need a filling ! I'm not a dentist. I said it would likely need a crown..... I was then told that the earliest available appointment was mid Oct. So just over four months for a broken tooth. That's no use to me so won't be registering

I had a dental check up recently, and found that there was only one receptionist, who was on the phone, meaning I had to wait some time. When I went in to see the person I assumed was a dentist, he looked at my teeth, and said I needed two fillings, which he did on the spot. I had said that I had recently lost a tooth, and asked what could be done. He said that I needed to see a dentist about that, as he was only a clinician! I then discovered that although the Practice is open on 7 day of the week, a proper dentist only comes in on Fridays!
When I first came to this practice, some years ago, I was always treated by a dentist, and often saw the same person on subsequent occasions. Nowadays there seems to be a constant stream of changes; and on one occasion the surgery was not open, and I had to wait for someone to travel from Southampton to Marlborough to open up. A worrying deterioration in service.

Dover Southcliff Dental group is an amazing place, friendly reception staff put you at ease and makes going to the dentist less stressful, really helpful too. Amritha my dentist was so kind and professional, checking in to make sure I was ok. Highly recommend this practice. Is also super clean and provides an efficient service.Makes going to the dentist a positive experience Thank you team Southcliff Dover

Whilst visiting the WESTBURY practise recently to book an appointment I was met with one of the staff screaming and shouting. I was later told this is the new dentist there. Safe to say I did not feel comfortable or have any trust in this person at all. He made one of the nurses cry and the atmosphere was so tense. Definitely won’t be booking to see him.

Update referencing reply from southcliff. I am indeed a patient. And as it stand have an appointment booked for a few weeks. This is not professional as a company to accuse a patient of lying.
