Excellent service and a very pleasant Engineer (Darshan), who was really thorough and efficient. This is our 10th year using this company and delighted with their work.

Very good experience. They fitted new boiler for me. Everything was as agreed, punctual, tidy. To my untrained eye all work seems to be to a good standard, neat and careful. Guy doing installation (Dave) very nice, relaxed character, he gets on with his work and you barely notice him. Pricing was reasonable for the amount of work needed and everything was as quoted. My boiler is purring away nicely and my home is nice and warm again. Recommended.

Very pleased with service provided by South Thames initially called out because of a leak. Andrew returned subsequently for further installation work to prevent potential problems giving reassurance & peace of mind. Receptionist Debbie very helpful too.

During a recent cold snap they were amazing at getting the hot water supply restored to my rental property. The team at South Thames dealt with the emergency swiftly even although they were really busy. Good companies always are! I have no hesitation in recommending them as they have worked in my properties before. Their service and workmanship is top class.

2 days before Christmas and boiler condensate pipe was blocked. Luckily South Thames were able to come out within the hour and fix the problem. Excellent workmanship and at a reasonable cost. Hugely appreciated.

My boiler broke down on 23rd Dec. Debbie and the team sprang into action. No sooner had they attended site (Half an hour after my call) a new boiler was ordered and the on-site prep work was under way. By lunch time the next day, everything was installed and up and running perfectly. 1st class customer service! Thank you.

Boiler making an awful noise. Within 40 minutes of calling South Thames plumbing and heating an engineer arrived ! Absolutely excellent service - fixed the boiler and bled the radiators ! Price quoted was the price invoiced. Brilliant thank you so much !

Andrew & Aiden did an excellent job. Supplied & fitted a new boiler in a day. When it came in a little over our budget the work was adapted to suit us. Very good team & would thoroughly recommend.
