Nick came to advice and give suggestions. very pleasent and polite. Very poor communication from Melenie the office junior from start to finish. Had an issue with the door frame being damaged and eventually having to have a new frame fitted. As Ben the fitter used Acetone on the door to try and resolve the problem and it made it worse and it all cessed. Ben also removed the bathroom window and stood on the bath and caused damage to the bath panel requiring a new one to be supplied and fitted. (This is still outstanding). However one guy (Shane the Fitter) that came BK to sort Ben's mess out was the perfect tradesman. He came back and redone the hole of the work on his own. He was professional polite and cleaned up. There definitely needs to be more Shane's in this world and Decent tradesman like him. Credit to the business. We await to the bath panel to be sorted.

Nick came round to discuss my options for two bedroom windows, bay and bathroom windows. He was very polite, calm and friendly. Didn't feel pushy at all, just a normal conversation about windows. I already had an idea of what I had in mind.
I did ask for solid oak wood sills, which they were able to source. It did take a bit longer for them to be sent and fitted which is understandable as it wasn't what they usually provide.
The men who fitted the windows were also very friendly and laid back, as well as the guy who fitted the wood sills later on. They gave advice on what to use on the wood, and even showed me how to replace a handle.
Was kept updated throughout the process.
I will be using this company again in a couple of years when my other window needs replacing.

The first contact I had with South Wales Windows was via Nick, their salesman. He was friendly and professional and not pushy.
When I finally decided to place the order I then met Mark who did the survey work and specificity for the windows. He listened carefully to my needs and made an effort to be sure he took them all into account.
Today I met Rob & Dave, the actual fitters and they were marvellous & did a great job.
There were a couple of niggles, which were quickly sorted out and I appreciated that they were not brushed aside.
I cannot recommend this company high enough and shall definitely be using them again.
Btw I’ve received a lot of compliments from neighbours about the windows.

We had three windows installed by South Wales Windows today. The service has been very good from first enquiry through to fitting. The two fitters today arrived early, got on with the job straight away, were polite and careful, cleared away as they worked, and the job was all done by lunchtime. Thankyou.

Having seen the excellent conservatory of a friend who used south wales windows we decided to use them. We were not disappointed from start to finish they were very professional, organised all the different tradesmen to come one after another. They were all very professional too and all polite and worked very hard to a high standard. John kept in constant touch to make sure we were happy with every step. would highly recommend this company.

We requested a quote for a new set of sash upvc windows throughout our Victorian house. Our sales person John, was in constant contact with us throughout the negotiation period until we were ready to go ahead. Fantastic advise and communication when we needed it, with no pressure. Once installation day arrived the team were efficient friendly and respectful, getting the job done and leaving no mess. There were a few snags which have been dealt with promptly since the windows were put in. The overall experience has been superb, the windows are beautiful and all reasonably priced. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you to all the team.

John came to quote and was very informative, pleasant and not only did he not attempt to pressurise us in any way, neither did he disparage other companies providing windows and doors. I went to the showroom to have a better look at the products and staff there were again, very helpful and friendly. It is clear the people at South Wales windows and doors know what they are talking about and have confidence in the performance of their products and furthermore, the price quoted was very competative. I recently had my windows done with South Wales UPVC and their service was excellent. I had a very specific view of what I wanted but the team worked with me to find exactly the right windows and now I love them! Such a high standard and a great team.

Windows and new front door fitted before Christmas with fairly short notice. Beautifully fitted and look gorgeous. Work men were amazing, super speedy, really friendly and left no mess. We wanted all windows, one door and patio doors done. Were unsure who to choose to do the work but this company were great from start to finish, and pride themselves on customer service, which was proven when we received 2 visits before proceeding for reassurance and demonstration of the actual products used. After care to match, we needed one adjustment they were here in no time, no question.
Expensive? No, very competitive.

Just had our front sliding patio door and porch door and side pannel fitted by South Wales UPVC, Amazing from start to finish, firstly I'd like to thank John (Salesman) he knew exactly what we wanted from the drawing we showed him as we wanted a certain design for the internal porch door and pannel, he provided us with samples of what the Astrigal would look like on the door etc, I cannot say enough about his service, totally genuine man, also the service from the company all round is second to none, we got exactly what we asked for with no fuss at all, every other double glazing company that passed through was nothing compared to South Wales UPVC, the doors are now in and the feel and look of the quality is outstanding, the 2 lovely men that fitted them we're very friendly and did a fantastic job, I wanted a company that have their own fitters as I believe there is more care in getting the job done to a high standard, and it certainly showed with our new doors, Thank you so much South Wales UPVC X

We had windows and soffits, fascias and guttering replaced. We had excellent advice from the sales rep and the work was carried out efficiently and to very good quality standards. I've recommended the company to friends and will have them back to do further work for us when we have our front door replaced.

We had some windows and a door supplied and fitted by the company.
The work was completed efficiently and the staff even cleaned all the rubbish after them. I would definitely recommend them for a fast and professional service
