I don't usually leave reviews but this shop definitely deserves one. I went to The Range, B&M I could not find what I wanted, and found this shop online. It had all the candy cane decorations and it was just what I wanted. The quality is amazing. Superfast delivery received in 2 days. They also take care of their packing. I will definitely recommend this shop over any for Christmas decorations at reasonably good prices. If I lived close by I would be visiting.but I will for sure buy from you again.

Delighted with the Large Moose Head wall decoration, which is both beautiful and reasonably priced! It is splendid. Found the company very helpful and quick to respond. They immediately apologised and sent the ears which were accidentally omitted from the rest of the parcel. Thoroughly recommend this company.

Ordered a number of autumn items online and was excited to receive. I then received an incoherent voice mail late on a Sunday afternoon advising me that there were stock issues. I then got an email to say my whole order had been cancelled without even as much as a "sorry/we apologise". I understand that mistakes happen but an apology was the least I expected with maybe a 10% off your next order (or something similar) to recognise the inconvenience. They have some lovely items but obviously have issues with stock management/online inventory and customer service is very poor- for this reason I wouldn't recommend or consider purchasing again.

I ordered two items, they arrived promptly & well packaged. Sadly one item was incomplete/damaged - I emailed with images & this shop acted immediately; they offered a replacement or a refund, I needed two identical items, they sent my replacement immediately, I now have two perfect items. What superb efficient Customer Service. Thank you.

The order was fulfilled very fast indeed. There was a slight problem with one of item but "George" sorted this very quickly, same day. The new item arrived one day later.
The Southwood Christmas Shop is excellent, extensive stock and the staff seem to take a real interest in good customer service.

The quality of items is so good. The choice of items so many. The service this company gives is a 100%. I had an issue and it was resolved quickly and with care.
