Communication from the seller is great. Due to the war there are delays, so be patient. Package arrived in good condition and product was undamaged.

So this is my first time using soviet military stuff and I must say the customer service was second to none and fyodor was a top guy so no hesitation to use again in the future the only thing is the time to receive the package but that’s understandable because of the conflict over there but that’s only a little matter over all very happy with the quality over all thank you lads and lady’s stay safe . 🙂

Customer service was great and replied to emails were prompt. You WILL have to be patient. Both the time from placing the order to receiving tracking info, as well as order transit times are very long compared to what you’re probably used to. However they are very transparent about this, and the quality of the actual products is very good value for money.

I placed my order 2 weeks ago and have not yet received a tracking number. Payment shows as processed, however I have received no updates as to the status of the order.

Ordered a marshal cap. Great product ! Though delivery takes some time due to problems outside of the company’s control, the products are of high quality and the owner lets you track your package’s delivery progress.

Product like advertised

Seller took over 2 weeks to inform me he didn't have the item in stock and asked me to choose something else. I asked for a refund twice which was not provided. I had to open a case with PayPal to get my money back. Do not use.
