Jâai loué un véhicule chez SoVoicar Casablanca du 11 au 18 février.
à la remise du véhicule, tout semblait correct : SUV propre, personnel sympathique.
Mais aprÚs quelques dizaines de kilomÚtres, en vue dâun trajet Casablanca â Marrakech, je constate que les pneus avant étaient totalement lisses et fissurés. Une situation extrêmement dangereuse, que je nâai jamais rencontrée auparavant.
Jâappelle immédiatement lâagence. On me dit de repasser le lendemain pour changer de voiture.
à mon arrivée :
-Personne nâest au courant
-La voiture de remplacement annoncée nâexiste plus
-Aucune solution préparée
Finalement, faute de pneus disponibles, ils démontent des pneus dâun autre véhicule (Hyundai) pour les monter à la hâte sur la mienne.
Résultat :
PrÚs de 2 heures perdues
Déplacement imposé jusquâà leur atelier prÚs de lâaéroport
Aucun professionnalisme, aucune coordination interne
Pire encore : aprÚs le changement, la voiture vibrait fortement dÚs 110 km/h, rendant la conduite dangereuse.
Jâai dû faire lâaller-retour CasablancaâMarrakech à 80â90 km/h, avec stress et perte de temps, uniquement pour éviter un accident.
Jouer avec la sécurité des clients est inacceptable.
Donner des voitures avec des pneus dans cet état pose un vrai problÚme de gestion et de maintenance.
Peut-être que lâagence de Casablanca traverse des difficultés, mais cela ne justifie en aucun cas ce niveau de négligence.
Câest la premiÚre et la derniÚre fois que je loue chez eux.
Je déconseille fortement, en particulier pour les longs trajets.

Girls in the office rude and hang up phone. I had dealings with Amine who at the beginning was great and seem to have been the only one trying to help. But for some reason no one in the company knew this agent Amine when I would mention the name. I paid for a top end car but when arrived told they didnât have it so they gave me a tuscon, after 3 days waiting they sent me the Range Rover and got stopped by police because the paper work was out of date. Honestly stay away from Savoy cars. You will have nothing but trouble

On a lâhabitude de louer des voitures dans le monde entier, dans leur contrat on trouve quâen cas dâaccident il faut régler une franchise. Sovoy cars ne lâapplique pas, ils prennent des assurances basics, et en cas dâaccident ils vous font un devis dans leur garage (situé dans une zone éloignée de lâaéroport) en moins de 30 min sans faire aucune expertise sur le véhicule et vous séquestre afin de régler le montant quâils veulent!
Alors que dans les CGV câest bien mentionné le montant de la franchise)
C est du VOL caractérisé, et je tiens à ce que les gens ne se fassent pas avoir comme nous.
Jâai un jugement de la cour dâappel de Casablanca qui stipule que je ne suis pas responsable de cet accident.

U book a car from them thy leave you till the last minute and the try to offer a different one without further notice . avoid them if u looking for stress free holiday.

Ho prenotato un auto presso Sovoycars tramite EconomyBookings.com dal 12 al 26 avril scorso che doveva essermi consegnato al terminale dell'aeroporto di Agadir in Marocco
All'atto della prenotazione, come mi Ú stato chiesto, ho pagato un anticipo di 257,20 euro, precisato il numero del mio volo da Bergamo.
Lo stesso giorno,EconomyBookings.com mi ha mandato un voucher confermandomi la prenotazione fatta con tutti dati necessari per il ritiro dell'auto al mio arrivo.
Sfortunatamente il mio volo ha avuto un'ora di ritardo a causa del malore di un passeggero al momento del decollo.
Appena arrivata all'aeroporto, non essendoci nessun sportello della Sovoycars ho chiamato al numero di telefono indicato sul voucher ma un messaggio vocale m'informava che il numero era inesistente...
Ho quindi dovuto rivolgermi nell'urgenza ad un altro operatore per noleggiare un'auto a delle condizioni ovviamente meno favorevoli.
Ma, ne Sovoycars, ne EconomyBookings.com hanno accettato di rimborsarmi l'anticipo di 257,20 euro, quest'ultima perché non avrei giustificato dell' impossibilità a ricuperare il veicolo....
Quindi non serve darsi la pena di precisare il numero del suo volo, tanto non ne tengono conto....
Si chiama un truffa !!

Stay away from this company this company waisted 5 days of my holiday by giving me expired paper work i attached pictures i was stopped by traffic cops just to find out the licence is expired already when i got the car the cops were very firm that i should move the car until licence is renewed made contact with them they were keeping on giving me empty promises we bringing the licence today nothing happened tomorrow nothing happened from Saturday until Tuesday and the car is standing still
I was stranded in a small town in Fez with 4 kids they didnât care.their phone number is handled by many people so every time you need to explain your self over and over and when you think that you got to the right person you will be surprised to find a new person handling the number

Beware of Sovoy last minute tactic
I reserved a Hyundai Accent 2023 under Reservation RES-38659 three months before my holiday and paid a deposit. Everything seemed perfect.
I maintained regular updates with both Amine and Houda. It was our first time using this company, recommended by my wife who is from Marrakech and now lives in the UK, based on positive reviews.
However, just 24 hours before collecting the car, Houda messaged me to inform me that our original car was not available. The only option left was a newer model at a higher cost, which was beyond our budget.
The company absurdly blamed me for their mistake and demanded I pay extra to resolve an issue they created. It is their duty to fix the problem without imposing additional costs on the customer.
Our planned trip to Agadir is now ruined; we have no car and are down 1000 dirhams. If this company does not resolve the issue, bewareâthey are scammers who are only interested in taking your money.
My children are very upset thanks to this unprofessional company based in Morocco.
I will escalate this matter to the local police and relevant authorities.

Worst experience ever
We have booked car with this company to be delivered at the address at 10a.m. and we have paid some money in the advance.10 a.m. came and NOTHING, there was no car, they were not answering any of our calls at any company numbers, when they finally responded on Whatsup they said "oh previous client did not return the car, sorry" and that "they are trying to find something for us" which of course they didn't and just told us few hours later "there will be no car sorry". Instead of nice trip we have spend 5 hours on a 35C heet on parking, we had to find some last minute car in other car rental companies traveling by taxi from one to another.
Wasted whole day and money just because they were not professional enough to let us know upfront that they have issues with car that we have booked just acting like 5 years old not answering their phone.
Thankfully they did return the prepayment, so just very unprofessional not a scammers.

We had the worst experience ever. I booked a car at Tangier Airport on the basis that we would receive the car upon our arrival at 12 noon. We did not find any office for this company at the airport. We contacted them several times before anyone responded and informed them that we had reserved a car for a month and wanted to take our car and head to Tetouan, where we live. They told us that one of the workers was on his way to us. We waited half an hour outside the airport in the sun, exceeding thirty degrees, and no one came. I called back and said the same thing that he was on his way in a few minutes. Another half hour passed and we were back in touch. They told us that the worker was late due to traffic congestion within the city and that he would be with us within minutes. Another half hour passed and no one came to us. We call and call and no answer. For another half hour, we called again and they showed their haste that the worker had not arrived yet. Nearly two and a half hours have now passed until the young man arrived to us and asked us to hand over the car.... Hand over the car??? I told him we rented a car and wanted to pick it up now. We were told that they sold him to deliver a car and not deliver it. He started making calls to the renters while we waited. Another half hour passed and he could not give us any explanation or solution for what we were in. I asked him to give me the number of the company manager. I spoke to him personally and he apologized for this mess and asked the worker to give us his car so that we could drive it to our destination and that he would come to us within a few hours in the car that we had rented.
The young man called me in the evening and handed me the car and took his car. We spent our vacation, and when we returned to the airport and delivered the car, I forgot some items in the car, and I had no one with me to return those items to the house, so I asked the young man to deliver those items to one of our relatives in Tangier, but he did not do so. I called him back several times, and he promised me every time that he would, but I did not give up my items until this moment.
Bottom line is that this company is very messy and bad and does not deserve to be in the market, and it causes a lot of trouble to customers. A bad experience cost us a lot of time and money

Car not available when I showed up at the airport to collect. They didn't contact me to let me know. I called them and at first they said a driver was outside then they said maybe in an hour (I'd already been waiting an hour) then they said they just didn't have a car. Then they lied to the company I booked through and said I was a no show so 3 months later I still haven't had my deposit refunded.
Don't use this company.

We were delayed at the airport until the car was brought to us waiting an hour in the sun.
While we had rented a Dacia Duster they brought us a Hyundai i10 telling us that it is not available. When we said we don't want it and it's their fault the employee pretended he didn't understand.
We asked that they refund the deposit and take the car back as the deal is cancelled. We were directed to contact the office via email to get the deposit refunded. Of course we never got any response. They didn't answer anywhere. Not by email, not by phone.
Do not rent from them. You will lose your money.

In Nederland heb ik een huurauto bij Sovoy cars gehuurd. Op de vliegveld van Tanger aangekomen probeerde ik meerdere keren de juiste persoon te contacteren, maar geen gehoor, dus geen huurauto. De volgende dag weer bellen en gelukt om iemand aan de de lijn te krijgen. Hij gaf aan dat er geen auto is dat ik voortaan niet online een huurauto bij sovoy cars moet regelen. kortom is een zeer slecht huurauto bedrijf en ik adviseer om dit bedrijf te vermijden. je mag mij mailen /bellen om dit te verifiëren.
