Simon was pleasant and knowledgeable made me feel at ease given me the background about Spa motors. Vehicle hand over was thorough easy really pleased with my purchase.

Bought a car which came with a 3 month warranty. Had an issue so called the Service Dept. Darren took my call and offered to drop a courtesy car off when collecting mine. This saved me a 1.5 hour drive each way.

Problem quickly identified & replacement part fitted. On the test drive, another issue was identified that I wasn't even aware of, and again fixed.
Car delivered back to me - cleaned and refuelled.
Darren was fantastic throughout - regular updates, clear explanations and very friendly. Thank you for amazing service.

Ryan came to see me no pressure at all just said need any keys ect just let me know, we were left alone and no pushy salesman talk thank god . I eventually purchased a car and Ryan was very patient with me asking loads of questions.I can’t fault my experience and will recommend to others.

Jack was very friendly & polite.
Collection and part exchange was swift with the new vehicle being in great condition.
