I'm not sure what to say Evri never gave me tracking updates never reached out and left the parcel unattended in a hallway on the opposite side of a locked security door hidden which then got picked up by a local postman who mistook it for a returns parcel and slapped a label on it and took my light bulb with him and now its deemed lost, would have been nice to see what my Violet Nebula looked like i wonder what they did with it and if someone is now using my light bulb :(

Ich schrieb dem Support wenige Wochen nach Bestellung aufgrundessen, dieser hat sich binnen 24h zurÌck gemeldet und LösungsvorschlÀge gemacht (das typische wie zB. "Haben sie bei ihren Nachbarn nachgesehen", und mir ebenfalls eine Sendungsverfolgung geschickt. Diese habe ich erhalten, nach Wochen. Als ich die Bestellung aufgegeben habe kam zu keinem Zeitpunkt einer Versandbenachrichtigung oder Sendungsverfolgung. Das Paket soll schon seit 20 Tagen angekommen gewesen sein. Das Paket wurde in der Nachbarschaft nicht aufgefunden, so schrieb ich es dem Kundensupport einige Stunden spÀter. Heute ist seither der 4. Werktag und ich habe nichts mehr gehört. Habe bei Paypal einen Fall eröffnet und mein Geld erstattet bekommen. Einfach Unprofessionell.

I found space artsy on Facebook! I saw the promotion and bought the product. The price wasnât correctly linked to the shown product meaning : they showed 3 of their products with the price of only one! Nevertheless in my speed the order was made!
I saw my paiement went through and the message telling me I would get a confirmation email (which by the way never received). I then contacted space artsy to know when would I get their product. Unfortunately no answer was given at the time beingâŠ
I then look on the reviews and a lot of people where complaining about the company saying itâs a scam I started to think that way too until i received the product at home without any confirmation email!
The product itself is amazing and it gives you a really cool light! I would recommend it 100% for ambient lighting etc

I also talked to them on how they could improve themselves to win trust of their clients and the person seemed to accepted the feedback!
Overall stressful experience thinking Iâm getting scammed but at the end product was delivered and really satisfying!

Absolute rubbish. Aurora lamp doesn't work. Got caught up in the black Friday adverts on Facebook where the lamp looks great. Paid £50 for what is an expensive paperweight. The switch doesn't seem to work, turns off or on at a whim and not when you press the button. Only kept it because my little kid liked the look of it when it was off. Took several weeks to arrive as well. Feel like I've been conned.
In hindsight not that bad except for shipping vompany
I ordered it and there was a hassle with the logistics company they let it ship with. The company GOFO they partnered with were not that great at communicating or looking for solutions. In fact they didn't help at all, neither did the person I spoke to through the phone. (Based in NL)
However in hindsight the person I spoke to from SpaceArtsy was very accommodating.
At first I also thought I might be disappointed with the quality once it was all sorted out, but I am wrong! The quality of the resin lamp is really good and not a knock off like people might suggest. The only reason it might not be the same as what you see on the photos is the editing, the vibrancy that cannot be reproduced comes back in the brightness and quality of the product.
Small but they look stunning.
After placing my order for the Aurora Bloom collection, I was a little concerned about the online reviews. The lights looked stunning online and I was excited to receive them. I originally ordered the wrong collection and I emailed customer services and they kindly agreed to switch my order to the collection I wanted. They promptly refunded the difference.
They took about 2 1/2 weeks to reach me in the UK. I received an email when they were dispatched however, there was not really any other tracking details.
The lights arrived and they are stunning. They look exactly like the images in the promotion. I am very happy with them. I would say that they are smaller than I expected. Especially for the price. Particularly "The Witchery".
Overall I am happy with my purchase. If you are considering placing an order, bare in mind the points I have made. They are small but they look great. Be prepared for a little bit of a wait for delivery. Which is understandable since they are sent from the USA.
I may return and order more in the future.

I ordered on 22nd November in time for a Xmas present and despite numerous emails chasing (there is no contact number to speak to them) I still haven't received my order on 22nd January
Their customer service is non existent! On the rare occasions that they bother to respond they always say they are "awaiting an update" which never comes

I placed an order on 17.12.2025, but nothing has arrived to this day. In the emails, they only politely respond that my case is being reviewed, but unfortunately there has been no progress. Do not fall for it under any circumstances.

No notification from them or carrier for the shipping number. Got an email that package was waiting for me and that I did not pick it up and it will be send back to them.... didnt get any notification from carrier nor the PIN to open at delivery point.
They said that they send the package again, gave me the old tracking number... this is a big scam.
Today its 14.01 don't have the lamp don't have the money.
Dont buy from them this is a scam.

Cheap Chinese Knockoffs
The products are NOTHING as advertised. These are CHEAP chinese knockoffs that are meant to take as much money as they can on your first order. They are charging you a premium price for an ADVERTISED premium product. They will send you garbage, horribly cheap looking light, and when you want to return it, they simply wont respond or send obviously templated responses that dont pertain to your message.
This is frankly a scam, and they want you to spend as much money as possible on your first order by offering discounts, the scam you out of as much as they can the first order around.
Avoid this company like the plague, easily the worst company ive EVER ordered from in my life.

Ordered a lamp beginning of December. Iâve never ordered from them before so I was a little skeptical.package didnât arrive on Christmas. Not a big deal. The carrier they used is GOFO. I was in contact with them for weeks due to my address being âundeliverableâ, meanwhile I saw other GoFo packages scattered in the mail room and throughout my apartment complex. It was denied not once, but twice. Eventually when I called they told me that since I havenât had an update in 5 days, itâs deemed lost and to contact ~~spaceartsy~~ for a refund. Iâve heard nothing from them since. This is theft. And I can see now why they donât list a phone number on their website.

No delivery for weeks and 0 communication (still no parcel)
I placed an order on 2nd Dec. The website tracker stated it was shipped on the 8th Dec. I have still not received it (22nd December) and, after chasing this company for any sort of update, got given a tracking number over a week ago. It was with Yodel. I contacted them as I assumed the parcel was stuck with them but was told they hadnt even received the parcel yet. I understand Christmas is busy but there should be no reason they havnt even received the parcel that was supposedly dispatched on the 8th. Not only that but the lack of communication has been appalling, if it werent for some other positive reviews Id be thinking id got scammed. I even responded to their most recent email asking to put forward a complaint and explaining why e.t.c only to be met with a generic response copy of the *same* email about the tracking number they had initially sent me - word for word. This shows they arent even reading the queries and the responses are just automated. So unhappy with this purchase and company
