FRAUD WARNING: Unauthorised Charges, Two Hidden Legal Entities, Part of Organised Payment Laundering Network

Do not use SpaceEdge (spaceedge.io) and do not trust any charge on your bank statement showing "SpaceEdge", "Spaceedgeio", or "Space Edge Vilnius" as a descriptor.

Other victims on this page have already reported unauthorised charges under the SpaceEdge descriptor — charges they never authorised — linked to unlicensed gambling and casino sites operating illegally in the UK. One victim described it explicitly as money laundering. Space Edge did not respond to any of them.

Our investigation has revealed the following:

— SpaceEdge is operated by TWO different legal entities named on two different pages of the same website — a deliberate obfuscation tactic:
· Terms of Use page: SpaceEdge OÜ, Reg. 16801083, Kari tn 6-12, 10313 Tallinn, Estonia
· Terms & Conditions page: UAB Space Edge Digital, Reg. 306113029, Naugarduko g. 68-3, Vilnius, Lithuania
One website. Two companies. Two countries. This is not an error — it is designed to confuse victims and frustrate regulatory complaints.

— SpaceEdge OÜ is registered at postcode 10313, Tallinn — the SAME postcode as Libernetix OÜ (a confirmed fraudulent payment processor) and Amesomic OÜ (another confirmed miscoding storefront in this network). All three Estonian companies share the same Tallinn postcode, all incorporated in 2023.

— The SpaceEdge merchant account was used to process payments whose true beneficiary was Libernetix and/or Orbios — two unlicensed payment processors operating a wide fraud scheme. The SpaceEdge descriptor on your bank statement means your payment went to this fraud network, not to Space Edge.

— This is transaction miscoding / payment laundering — a serious violation of Visa and Mastercard rules. Victims who see SpaceEdge descriptors for transactions they did not authorise should contact their bank immediately and request a chargeback under unauthorised transaction rules.

— Scam Detector gives spaceedge.io a trust score of 39.4/100, flagging it as Questionable / Controversial / Flagged.

We have filed complaints with Estonian Police, Estonian Finantsinspektsioon, Estonian Business Register (Äriregister), Lithuanian FCIS, UK FCA, UK Gambling Commission, Europol, FATF, Visa International, and Mastercard.

Uk restricted territory

Uk restricted territory? 10 transactions which show on my statement to this company. Previously some made up screenshots sent to me to show the the transactions were refunded by spaceedge. No refunds ever received and do not reply to emails.

What kind of company does this?

My claim is not false. I have asked for arn numbers to be sent to me repeatedly as evidence of refunds being complete, these have not been sent to me. No refunds have been received. This case is not closed until refunds have been received. If refunds had all been sucesful why would you not send me the arn numbers as requested several times in emails? All of which i do not get a reply to.

Please send me arn numbers for all transaction refunds, this will prove you have completed your end of the refunds. I can then take this up with my bank.

I am still waiting to receive the arn numbers I have requested. Why would you not be willing to give me this information? Had you processed the refunds as you say have been sucesfully processed you would have no hesitation in giving me these arn numbers . The fact I have been asking for these repeatedly with no arn numbers being provided shows the refunds have not been processed.

Can you please process the refunds ASAP and provide arn numbers. This will close the matter. Until the redunds have been received this will not go away.

SpaceEdge previously attempted to flag my previous review as defamatory to have it removed, but Trustpilot disagreed and reinstated it.
As no arn's are being provided to me this could only be because spaceedge have not refunded the transactions like they said they would. Otherwise why would spaceedge not give me the arn numbers?

​My request remains the same:
Refund the transactions as promised, provide the evidence, and only then will this matter be closed.

16.3.26 - still no refunds and still no arn's provided to prove refunds had been issued. Still no response from spaceedge.

Despite confirming that a refund would be issued, I have still not received any funds. No valid ARNs have been provided, and communication has now stopped again. I am still waiting for the agreed refund to be honoured.

It has been over 24 hours, and my money has been withdrawn from my account without receiving the service. Furthermore, you are not responding to my emails. If I do not receive a resolution immediately, I will be forced to take legal action regarding this matter.

Dear Spaceedge,

I am writing to formally request a refund for three transactions processed through my Visa card, issued by Revolut. The transactions in question appear as withdrawn by "Spacedgeio, Vilnius," but I have neither created an account with this entity nor engaged in any transactions with them.

The withdrawals give the appearance of a cryptocurrency purchase, which I categorically confirm I have not made. Despite multiple attempts (approximately five emails), I have not received a response from Spacedgeio's support team regarding this matter.

Here are the details:

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter further by contacting ARN (AllmÀnna ReklamationsnÀmnden) and other relevant authorities.

I trust that you will address this matter with urgency and provide a resolution, including the refund of the disputed transactions. Please confirm receipt of this email and provide an update on the next steps.

As a long-time crypto investor, I've used a number of different exchanges, but Space Edge stands out for its exceptional customer support. Whenever I've had a question or encountered a problem, their team has responded quickly and been able to resolve the issue efficiently. While the fees are not the absolute lowest, I believe the top-notch service justifies the cost.

I have never buy something on your site but you never answer on mail. I want a refund on that you taken on my bank account. You already now whats its about.

I have had unauthorised transactions on my bank account (i do not have a space edge account) and payments to this company have come out - i have contacted them about 5 times now with zero response. I am very upset that they have little consideration about this. I first contacted them on 30th august but nothing as yet.
