Why are using Yunexpress as a shipping company which recently changed from DHL to the worse Gofoexpress.nl in the Netherlands. Not a happy customer of your services. Will change to different companies who don’t use Yunexpress.

I feel very lucky to have come across Spaceship. I really like their system—it is very easy to use, and I can easily access all the information I need within the system. In addition, their customer service team is very helpful and responds quickly. When I encounter any issues with deliveries, they will follow up all the way until the package is successfully delivered to the customer.

Using Spaceship as our logistics partner has been smooth and reliable. Their customer service is always available to help us when we have any questions or issues we need to handle.

We've had a really positive experience with Spaceship. Their shipping is fast and reliable, and customs clearance has been handled much more smoothly than with other providers we've tried. As a new eCommerce brand, finding a partner like Spaceship has been a game-changer. They’re a modern, tech-driven fulfilment provider that’s clearly committed to evolving and improving.

We visited their Hong Kong office and were impressed by how clean, organised, and efficient their warehouse is. Their team is professional, responsive, and genuinely friendly — which gives you confidence from day one.

A special shout-out to Alice and Maggie for their incredible support through our early (and most challenging) stage. We truly appreciate it.

這家物流公司提供一站式快遞服務，用戶只需要在他的網頁標明貨品種類、尺寸、重量、及目的地，他們就會提供不同快遞公司的報價。運作形式類似物流版本的booking.com。

本人在二月經這間公司的系統，選擇了UPS，將我的Apple Mac Pro 2012電腦由香港的家寄去英國的家。網上的報價是$3639.84 (我收貨後他們再另收$131.47的調整費用)。我選擇快遞人員上門收件。當日順豐（不是UPS）的職員上門，收取了郵件。根據Spaceship，順豐的工作人員會將我的郵件送去他們位於葵涌的貨倉，然後再交予UPS寄來英國。

數日後，我在英國收到電腦，發覺機殼完全變形，裏面的顯示卡鬆脫及變形，開機後沒有畫面。於是我分別發電郵給Spaceship和UPS。Spaceship向我回覆，謂已經知道UPS處理中。UPS要我提供損壞電腦的相片，但最後UPS以「包裝物料不足」沒有提供賠償。

（1）關於破損的責任誰屬
在整個過程中，我是委託Spaceship的，我不知道為何Spaceship沒有處理我的賠償，他們似乎並沒有為客戶買責任保險。而整個過程中亦不知為何涉及順豐快遞，其實電腦損壞的責任誰屬無人知道。

我雖委託這家公司，出了事，應該這公司幫我處理，而不是要我自己處理。這間公司在整個賠償過程中表現出事不關己。就算UPS沒有作出賠償，你Spaceship亦應該有為客戶提供責任保險。正如一個人去旅行，寄艙物件爛了，航空公司不賠償，你亦可以找保險公司理賠。最後錢付出了，貨物損壞了，應有賠償亦得不到。

（2） 有關包裝物料不足的駁斥
他們的網頁亦沒有提供任何包裝的指引，給我們這些普通小戶知道如何正確包裝，出了事後才跟我說包裝不足，我覺得包裝十分足夠，我覺得電腦是俾人刻意掉爛，普通碰撞如何導致內傷？整片用螺絲扣在底板的graphic card變了型及鬆脫了，這是自然致使的嗎？

我的電腦根據蘋果官網，重量是 41lb，相等於19 kg。事後根據UPS收費調整（這個重量是UPS自己說的），說我的包裹重27kg，即使我的包裝物料重 8kg，8kg重的包裝物料包19kg的電腦。究竟是否足夠？

（3） 對於收費的公道性
他們提供的服務是相似於格價網的服務，我在投寄時提供重量獲取報價，如果事後再另行收費，便沒有格價的意義。為何你不在收郵件時，當大家面磅一磅，事後你話重27 kg，根本就是口同鼻拗。

用了$4000 測試這間公司，我就當買個教訓。這公司不可靠，我以過來人的身份建議各位：如果重要物件不如俾多$2000，花$6000可以坐econ返香港搞，順便可以玩返幾日。如果不重要物件索性去郵局投寄算了，不值得給這個premium購買這樣的服務。而如果你真的要用速遞，就直接搵速遞公司，不要搵這個中間人，他們工作是「判上判」，賺少少差價，出了事，他們不會攬上身。而由於你不是UPS客戶，UPS又打了折扣給Spaceship，自然不會對你認真，對你不瞅不睬。但Spaceship作為中間人，收了錢，在整件事當中表現出完全「耍曬大極」，扮局外人，幫不到手，仲增添你的麻煩。
