You need to look at some of the packaging
I sent an email back to yourselves with regard to the Miss Capra cheese, which is delicious, unfortunately for the second delivery in a row it was a disaster.
It really should have some kind of packaging like the box on a toothpaste tube to prevent it ending up looking like it had been kicked all the way to Ireland.
The quality of the goods from this outlet is supreme. The delivery times are not always ideal, particularly in hot weather. I will not be ordering any more of my favourite cheese until it has better prospects of reaching me unharmed.

Delivery conditions terrible
The products are nice but the delivery conditions are horrible. If I order several bottles of alcohol they should be delivered to door. Iâm not going to lug a heavy and fragile box from a delivery point. It is not clear if it is the store being cheap on the delivery or the courier company abusing the position when everything is bought over the internet these days. In any case it reduces my desire to order in the future

I can confirm that our delivery contract include home delivery and the courier is only allow to leave the parcel in a pickup point if they fail to deliver in your address. Reviewing the delivery history it seems this may have been the case, anyway we are going to open a case with UPS to better understand what may have gone wrong.
