Sparewheelcity レビュー

Ordered on Sunday online and the spare skinny arrived Tuesday morning. I called up re the delivery and spoke to the owner himself and he attended to my request personally. The value is great and service even better.

Received my wheel gone to inflate it, leaking from the valve, tried contacting several times phone site email directly week later still not had a response.

Found spare wheel for my car, phoned to ask if in stock, man answered then cut me off. Rang back several times but he didn’t answer, it goes to answering machine but that is full so you can’t leave a message!
It’s a pity as he is £30 cheaper than The Wheel Shop but with customer service like this I’ll go to the other supplier.
Finally got agent on the phone who gave erroneous information :- offered a 17inch wheel as he didn’t have 18inch one available.. Kia expressly warn against this especially on the front axel as it can damage the transmission.

Pleasant helpful staff member when I spoke to him, followed up with very great delivery by DHL and wheel and tyre received with no issues. The whole process was very professional and the communication at all stages was impressive.
Many thanks for making the purchase easy.
