As the Assistant manager of a care home In Norwood and I have worked with them for 8 years we were looking for a cleaning company that can replace the company we had before we contacted the CEO Yassin he was so friendly and he managed to give us an excellent deal and came to work for us they did a brilliant job and we are offering them a years contract we are looking forward to work with them in the future and I would recommend them to anyone.

We have used Yas-mut cleaning many times and they have always delivered the best services. They sent a new cleaner called James today and he did an excellent job. James was punctual, friendly and proffessional. He cleaned all corners of the house very well. My bathroom is sparkling clean right now.

Fantastic cleaning service, the best I’ve experienced in London. He came and cleaned every crack and crevace. He even cleaned my oven for free because he said it was a fire hazard! 10/10 would use again.

After having hired a fair amount of different cleaning companies for my end on tenancy cleanings throughout the years I can honestly say this is the first company that I have been pleasantly surprised by. They were very professional, prepared and attentive to detail.

I chose yasmut becuse of his reviews on here and he was very friendly on the phone etc his customer service was great had my house deep cleaned after full renovation I have been thinking should I leave a review or not
Thy were very polite it was a big job not going to lie they worked very hard also but I did send videos before hand they cleaned the dust the appliances inside etc all was fine, I felt there was a lot I had to say or still do the job was to big for them in the end that they cdbt really finish all properly there was a lot of dust and dirt under beds etc wadrobes left however biggest biggest frustration regret and disappointment is That I was not there through out because this is the reason I have had to leave a reviews to make sure others check I am shocked that they used a wire scourer! on my porcelain tiles my bath tub my glass staircase it did not matter how dirty or paint drops etc a wire scrourer should never be used on such areas now with my open windows and bi folds my beautiful floor once covered to help protect from scratches from builders is hugely scratched everywhere as soon as the sun comes out you can see scratches everywhere i am just so upset with it that this is how long it’s taken me to write a review my cleaning happened 3 month ago no one should ever use scroured on delicate floors this was not a commercial property but my home with new tiles that should have been left mark free but it’s not it’s severely left my home with scratched floors stair case that I’ve spent thousands doing up

I'm so glad I found Yassin. I had some bad experiences with cleaners who just weren't trained properly. When Yassin came along to my workplace he was able to access what needed to be done and went over and above to make sure the house was thoroughly cleaned.

He and his colleague were very polite, professional, and easy to interact with. I really appreciated their help and would highly recommend his service.
