I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase of the Evercross Evo6C scooter. It has only held a charge three times since Christmas and now will not power on. I have repeatedly contacted Sparko Bikes for assistance via their website chat (with no response) and WhatsApp (where initial contact was made but subsequent messages have been ignored). The lack of response is unacceptable, especially considering the scooter is clearly faulty and under warranty. I have now contacted Evercross directly and await their reply. I wish I had conducted more thorough research before making this purchase.

I ordered an electric scooter for my daughters Christmas present. Received a poorly written email in broken English saying that it was now out of stock. They tried to push me into accepting a different model but I made it clear that I wanted what I ordered (even if it was blue rather than pink) or a refund.

It's now 2 weeks later, no refund and barley any response. They say that scooter is available 20th December? Does that mean we receive it 20th December? It gets shipped 20th December? Any follow up questions we send are ignored so we are now in limbo. I deeply regret ordering from this website, steer well clear.

We didn't receive anything so contacted our bank for a charge back. I suspect this is a scam website.

I order an electric motorbike and still haven’t received it .
I’ve tried emailing them about 5 times and nothing back . I eventually got a response off WhatsApp saying they would chase my order up and never heard back. Now they are ignoring me . I ordered the bike over 2 half weeks ago and still nothing .
Do not order from these.
I am starting to think I’ve been scammed out of £240
