Dag Joyce,

Hello Katrien,

Getting out on the driver's side should never be a struggle, and a ladder on the ground certainly does not help. Thanks for pointing that out. We will ask the host to keep the spot clear and to state its size in the listing, so the next driver knows what to expect. Reach us via sparkspot.be if you would like us to look into it further.

Dag Kevin,

Hi Yves,
Good to hear the booking itself was easy and helpful. The tight fit is a fair point: you should be able to tell whether your car fits before you book, and here you couldn't. We are asking this host to add the exact dimensions to the listing, and we are looking at how to show spot size more clearly up front. Thanks for pointing it out.

Hello,
If our directions did not get you to the spot, that is on us, and we will review the location details for this listing together with the host. On the question of free parking: local street rules vary by town and by day, and we honestly can't judge them everywhere, so we won't claim it either way. What a reservation adds is a place kept for you before you set off, which matters most when the area is packed. Want us to look into your booking? Reach us via sparkspot.be with the date you booked.

Hi Esther,
An owner waiting for you on arrival, and coming back out to open the gate once the concert ended: that is hosting at its best. A secure courtyard just a few minutes from the AFAS Dome only made the evening easier. We will make sure the owner hears how much it meant to you. Thank you for the warm recommendation.

Hi Erik,
Glad the host came across as friendly and the underground spot gave you plenty of room. You raise a fair uncertainty about the host's English. The reassuring part is that a booking mostly runs on the details in the listing, so language rarely gets in the way, and our own support handles English whenever you need it. Thanks for taking the time to share this.

Hi Richard,
Good to know the spot felt safe and sat in a handy location, and that the barrier made both arriving and leaving effortless. That easy arrival and departure is what a booking should feel like, and it is great that you plan to return. Thanks for the lovely review.
