The parts were easy to order at a good price. There was a delay in delivery but once the issue was flagged, the parts were delivered promptly.

Got the product wanted at a reasonable price and delivered in reasonable time. Would buy from Sparks again

I ordered very simply X2 bulbs,
I expected they would take a few days to arrive, I ordered them on the 23-10-24
And received them today (4-11-24).
I didn't even see a tracking number for the whole first week.

Ordering was easy. Came in a reasonable time frame. Quality of the goods were very good, quite impressed. Prices were brilliant. Would recomend this company.

Worst customer service ever, nearly 3 weeks since order and still not dispatched. Called twice and it's still not dispatched and you ask for a review. Avoid this company as they are not interested.

Package took 3wks from order to delivery but that’s Royal Mail for you. Parcel was extremely well packaged

I have as yet to receive my goods. I have received no delivery notification, no date of despatch, and no details of carrier. My order was placed on 19th October and payment taken immediately from my credit card. Very poor service. I was about to ring them when this review arrived. Think twice before you use this company.

Terrible experience. Order took ages to arrive, they didn't answer the phone or haven't yet replied to my email.
Despatch was supposed to be 2-3 days. Order took a week!

Ordered pack of two lights so delighted ordered another two. Love the products and are great value for money.

• Ordered parts on 18th Aug. 2024, wrong parts arrived.
• Phoned company and was told actual parts shown on website weren't available.
• Requested refund and was sent FREEPOST address for return of parts which were sent back on 28th Aug. 2024.
• Several phone calls later, refund eventually made on 8th Oct. 2024!

The item was received within the delivery time. Information from the company was accurate.
I am using the bulbs as a backup so have not at this time tried them out.

My pet hate is chasing an order which is over a week old to be told it is not in stock and then just receive a cancelled order. Poor. I tell a lie, I have just received an email.

The website is very straight forward and found my item easily and the delivery was on time with good tracking and communication also the price was very competitive and will be using them for my lighting needs in the future 5🌟
