Correct items came as ordered. When I had a query after the items arrived I was able to talk to a human on the phone who solved the problem.

I ordered a couple of fluorescent tubes and I received a couple of fluorescent tubes! I suppose fulfilment of an order is a success so well done guys.

Good service, quick delivery, all good. Will go back again if I need another light, especially as my local supplier insisted they couldn't get that particular type of light anymore which I now know is incorrect

One of the only companies that stock almost every electrical item and ship nationwide. Ive always found my wierd oven hob lights hard to get, but Sparks always find them and help me stop burning the kids dinners!
Dont look anywhere else, if Sparks havent got it, it probably doesn't exist!

Took 8 weeks to complete order of an extension lead.

Really happy with my purchase, a twisted corded extension lead, great colour that blends nicely across an area of carpet to a lamp, which doesn't have a nearby socket.
Nice quality reasonably priced. Slight delay on delivery due to it being made to order. Customer service very good, kept updated regarding a shipment date. Could recommend

I sent you an email to tell you the bulb you sent me is faulty. I wanted a replacement or refund. You never replied!!

Very very slow delivery time! After ordering a product for a next day delivery which was paid for and didnt arrive, it took a week of constant chasing to see what was happening with the product and finally after nearly two weeks received my item and managed to get a refund for the next day delivery.
Needless to say I strongly suggest people look elsewhere for the item they are looking for.

Purchased tube light. After 2 weeks it was only then that item was supposed to have been despatched but it never arrived. Company contacted, did apologise & have since given refund but I won’t be using again.

Great service ordered the wrong item on theoriginal online order. Rang them up order was changed and refunded the difference straight away

Really poor still awaiting refund after items were received by tracked delivery on 17th November. Emails unanswered. Phone calls no better. Disappointing and infuriating. Poor.

The extension cable itself is great but communication and delivery time was not.
Only order from here if you are not in a hurry!
