Really happy with my purchase, a twisted corded extension lead, great colour that blends nicely across an area of carpet to a lamp, which doesn't have a nearby socket. Nice quality reasonably priced.... もっと見る
Order #221381 Confirmed Feel like a scam company. 1 April placed an order 10 April contacted Customer service, they didn't respond. Luckily, the amount was just about £20

I didn't see these reviews before purchasing..
I placed an order that was expected to be delivered between 26th and 28th Feb, I called to ask for an update and was told they come direct from Integral LED, would be about a week into them for them then to reship to me. After the new delivery day arrived i still had any tracking details so I called sparks warehouse, who didn't answer. So I contacted Integral who said the product i purchased was discontinued 6 months prior and there was no stock available to be shipped. Integral asked me to share the sellers information and they confirmed that no company under the name of Sparks Warehouse or telephone number or address could be found on their system. I gave Sparks warehouse another call to get my refund and when they finally answered i explained what I had found out from Integral and they agreed to refund me and would send the order to their accounts... BUT I am yet to receive the refund notification email. They use a shopify website which i know first hand has a button to refund the order and it will send the customer a notification email stating the order is in the process of being refunded. I will now contact my credit card company to obtain my refund.

Got what I wanted a really lovely unusual bulb.
Would be 5 but it took at least 2 weeks to arrive, would be good to have an Email explaining if there is a delay. Or if 2 weeks is normal just say so up front.
I’ll be buying again though because I love the bulbs 🤩
Couldn't ask for a better service
Because the Tubes I was looking for are, more or less, obsolete Sparkes sent me two that were from different manufacturers. When illuminated they weren't an identical colour. Sparkes then sent two undranded Tubes as replacement. They were perfect. All this was done at no extra charge. Couldn't ask for a better service
Very disappointed customer
It was only a small order of a strip light bulb, but never the less it was still an order. It didn't arrive and on trying to see where it was, it's been farcical. Had one response from a chap called Damien Riney, ( chief executive officer supposably) to get back to me asap. Nothing. So far there's been no answer to my emails requesting a refund or anything else. Very poor.

SCAMMERS. BEWARE!
Sparks Warehouse has over £500 of my money for goods that were returned to them (signed for) on 2nd December and are now not responding to me. I am in the process of getting my money back via the credit card company.
From start to finish the experience has been farcical. Placed an order on 16th October for items from two separate ranges. Only part of the order turned up, no communication about the missing elements. Emailed Sparks Warehouse to ask where the items were and was told I'd receive them early November. They still didn't turn up. Called Sparks Warehouse to chase the delivery again, and was told the goods were delayed "in the Far East".
On 19th November when the goods still weren't in the country, I requested to cancel my order and return the partial delivery I'd received (I wanted to check the colour match across the two different ranges so I couldn't fit the items I'd received without having seen the missing ones). I received an email telling me the address to send the items to. I sent the items at my own considerable cost (I think it was around £25) and they were signed for by Sparks Warehouse on 2nd December.
I heard nothing about the return so I emailed to chase on 12th December and was told that returns take 21-28 days! An absolute cheek after all the incompetence so far. And that I'd receive a confirmation when they got round to it. Surprise surprise, the confirmation never came. At some point during this time, they refunded a small part of the amount owed (around 1/6th of the outstanding sum). Very strange. On 4th February I emailed yet again to ask what was going on and received a brief email back from Gareth Evans to say he would follow up with accounts and that's the last I've heard from them. I emailed again on 11th February to chase the money one final time but haven't received a response. I'm now having to go through my card provider to claw back my money from these con artists. I don't believe it's a genuine mistake. If it was, they wouldn't be ignoring me.
Very poor service
Placed the order on a Saturday 4th Jan and the site said it would arrive by Wednesday 8th. The order tracking on their site was never updated, so when Wednesday came round I wrote to ask how long it would take. No reply. Eventually they sent a message on the 14th to say that it had been posted and would be delivered in a maximum of 3 days. I waited until the 20th before writing again. No reply. Finally Royal Mail made the delivery on the 22nd and the tracking information associated with the delivery says it was posted on the 20th. I wish I'd read the other reviews on trustpilot first.
Could not get my bulb anywhere else.
They were very good at keeping in touch with me by email about when my product was arriving and although it took some time I was ok with that.
Purchased a Solar Chargers Controller…
Purchased a Solar Chargers Controller at a fantastic price on a Monday evening & paid with PayPal.
Tuesday morning I received a message from these scammers telling me that I have cancelled the order.
I did not cancel this.
So pleased I paid with PayPal as my refund is now being processed, but I still have the usual wait for my money. Total waste of time, these guys are obviously selling items they do not have in stock.

Only half of order received. No communication, no response to emails, not answering phone calls, and no response from 'live chat'! Wish I'd seen these reviews prior to ordering. Will be pursuing refund.

Inaccurate stock levels on website, zero communication/updates unless you contact them. Not recommended.
After checking with many other suppliers, I decided to order from Sparks Warehouse as they actually showed the part I required was IN STOCK. Over 10 days of waiting and the item hasn't been delivered. When I contacted them they stated they were waiting for a delivery from their supplier. In short, the part was not in stock at all.
I wouldn't recommend them, wasted my time and didn't even have the common courtesy to let me know the status of my order until I complained.

Avoid this company at all costs I ordered a bulb on the 15th of December 2024 was told out of stock emailed them after Christmas was told that the product was coming in that day and they would post it next day after another week emailed them saying I wanted a refund a getting trading standards involved still no reply from them so stay well clear of this company
We've still not received our order…
We've still not received our order after 12 days, and we've only just got tracking information after chasing up the item twice. Email was not answered, live chat - nobody was there.
