Spartan Cue Sports レビュー

I ordered a cue set from SpartanCueSports last week.

I asked if they could mail it out quickly and they went out of their way to help me with quick postage and went above and beyond to be fair which i cant tell you how much that meant to me, needless to say they now have a loyal return customer in me.

ParcelForce was a bit late with the delivery but communication with Spartan was top notch and a pleasure dealing with them from start to finish.

The cue set itself arrived today exquisitely packaged and even included a free tip protector which i wasnt expecting, a truly phenomenal company and i wholeheartedly recommend to anyone and everyone.

Craig at spartancuesports was really helpful in getting me the right equipment giving me advice an excellent customer service, I shall definitely be looking at purchasing more snooker equipment and accessories from this company.
Everything from start to finish was perfect.

I bought a Spartan ultimate pool cue from them and the following has been my experience. I 1st saw them on Ebay but decided to buy from them directly, and so glad i did as they had a discount deal on for cue and case when bought together. The delivery was quick and my order was we'll packaged. The cue is beautiful and in use feels solid and well made. I had a question regarding what tip they use on the cue and Craig responded very quickly with a comprehensive answer with a reason behind their choice. Family owned company who actually play pool, who I personally will support as much as I can after experiencing their customer service.

Great from start to finish, with knowledge and asking what it is that suits me to recommendations and advice. We went to trial a few different cues based on what we liked and there was what we needed and more! Not pressured once in to buying or spending a higher amount! Great service, Thanks

Very pleased with my purchase from Spartan cue sports , great variety of cues and accessories, Craig has tons of experience when it comes to anything pool/snooker , very helpful and friendly chap , would definitely recommend him , and also will use him again .

Great company, lots of good quality items and very helpful and friendly people who are running. Small business but with a lot to offer. Very fast shipping and perfectly packaged! Highly recommend

Really happy with the service from Craig. Came in as a rookie not being sure of exactly what my ideal specs for a cue were. Craig taken the time to prepare a selection of cues for me within my budget with different weights, tip sizes, 1 and 3/4 pieces and let me try them all for various shots etc. until I found one I was comfortable with. Even let my try some of the top end cues just for comparison! Great value for the cue and the case and would recommend to anyone looking for a cue whether beginner or pro.

I was looking for a specific cue spec and found a som chai on this site. I got in touch via email and spoke with Craig who was absolutely brilliant in advising me and just customer service in general. He sorted me out some CC tips and kept me up to date on all stages of delivery. Expertly packaged, the cue was exactly what I required.
First time I've used this company which is a family business. If you are looking for cues or accessories I urge you to try this company and if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask.
