J’ai décidé de prendre des cours d’anglais avec Sylv avec pour objectif d’être plus à l’aise à l’oral, et notamment lors de mes voyages à l’étranger. Certes j’avais appris l’anglais à l’école et lors de mes études supérieures, mais je manquais cruellement de confiance en moi dès qu’il fallait prendre la parole.

La différence est vraiment notable et je me sens bien plus confiante lorsque je dois parler anglais. Les cours sont vraiment pratiques et Sylv a répondu à mes attentes en axant l’enseignement sur l’expression orale. Grâce à lui, j’ai rapidement commencé à me sentir plus à l’aise et ne pas passer trop de temps à réfléchir à mes phrases avant de m’exprimer.

A chaque cours, j’ai constaté une progression concrète et je pars en voyage sans crainte concernant mon niveau de langue.

Je ne peux que recommander les cours de Sylv. Il est professeur patient et attentif, en plus d’être une personne très agréable !

Une excellente expérience ! Les cours sont vraiment axés sur la pratique et permettent de prendre confiance à l’oral rapidement. Sylv est un professeur très pédagogue, patient et à l’écoute. J’ai particulièrement apprécié les échanges qui permettent de pratiquer un français naturel, comme dans les situations de la vie quotidienne.

Les cours sont agréables, dynamiques et adaptés au niveau de chacun. Je recommande vivement Speak French Well à toute personne qui souhaite améliorer son français et surtout oser le parler davantage !

I’ve been studying French on my own for a while, but I made more progress in one month with this teacher than I did during the last three months on my own. He adapts every lesson to your level, explains concepts clearly, and makes learning feel natural and enjoyable. His small group sessions have been extremely helpful as well. Patient, encouraging, and highly effective—I highly recommend him to anyone want to learn French!

I started working with Sylv a couple of years ago after my first visit to Paris, when it became clear that my high school French bore very little resemblance to what I heard on the street. And it has without a doubt been the best thing I’ve done in my language journey. Sylv’s style is to help you learn to hear spoken French, and he does a fabulous job! So much so that last March, as an ‘acid test’ I spent 2 weeks in Paris, alone, staying in a residential neighborhood, (where English is less likely than the tourist areas) where it was mostly just me, my French, and Paris. It was an amazing experience! Thanks Sylv!!
