I ordered 2 items from here i ordered 1x heart charm and 1x family forever charm bracelet. The bracelet was very lightweight, looks like its will easily break. And the heart charm came flat 3 little pieces not as described one part is broken and very sharp. wsnt packed well enough looked they threw it in the envelope bag. Emailed few times and still no reply and you only get 7 days to ask for a refund. But they do not reply to anything. I won't be ordering from there again lesson learned!

The item quality was excellent, as was the website design. My item arrived to me undamaged in a timely manner. Would absolutely recommend to any jewelery enthusiasts out there!

Absolutely disgusting customer service no response from seller or refund from them never received any of my orders and now they are using fake trust pilot reviews!!!

Ordered several charms and inly received 2. Complained but like everyone else had no response. Still awaiting 2 more charms. Will be taking this matter further. Not even a *sorry for the inconvenience*. Disgusting service!

Ordered a charm on the 28th of February and it didn't arrive until the 9th of March. Contacted the company multiple times to ask for an update and was ignored. Charm is beautiful quality and exactly what I ordered but the non existent customer service and slow delivery has put me off ordering again.

This company sent me the wrong charm, their contact email doesn't exist, they do not answer the contact form, and after commenting on their Facebook page they blocked me, I signed into a different Facebook account and commented an messaged,they have blocked that account too. Disgusting
