I have sent two messages asking when my order will be delivered,absolutely no response. Very poor customer service

Ordered early Spring 2026. No order received promised a refund I’m still waiting. I will never use this company again and suggest no one else does it would appear I’m not the only one to make the same complaints.

Scammers. Paid and did not receive a thing. No refund either

Very disappointed. Poor communication, poor service

Ordered in plenty of time. No product received so chased. Told to wait, waited, chased again. Offered a refund. Still not received it. Chased it again.

As others have said, they take your money and then fail to deliver, say they will refund but never do

Placed order for some Tomato plants and chilli plants in March, nothing had arrived by mid May, so sent the company a email. The company came back to me saying they had definitely by sent via DPD.
Offered a gift voucher to use next year or a refund which they stated would take 5-7 days.
12 working days later nothing received

Nothing sent and no replies to messages. A SCAM

I have contacted this company twice now and both times it has told me my seeds are on the way.
Chillies and tomatoes seeds we are now mid way through may 16th.
Bit late to be putting seeds in for toms and chillies if i wanted ay type of a crop i ordered these over three montjs ago.
I think thos company is a scam and have had to go through my credit card company to try to get my money back.
