Horrible service. I've made 2 consecutive orders. The first two pairs of glasses arrived without cases, which made it impossible to return them. I asked to send me a case for return with my second order. They did, but they didn't send me the designer case and cloth bundle and the cloth which I actually ordered and paid for. Incredibly frustrating.

I ordered my glasses with my opticians prescription, waited nearly 2 weeks, glasses arrived and the lenses are jam jars not my prescription. To get the glasses for my prescription I was advised, "There reason for this is because only standard lenses have ordered, for your prescription we would recommend thinner lenses. Which you may have in your current glasses"

Stick to the high Street, don't waste your money thinking your saving a few quid by buying online.

AVOID THESE THIEVES, Ordered glasses after an offer came up on martins money tips, Must be 2 months nearly, and no response no glasses, opened a case with PayPal and still nothing, I feel totally scammed, awful company , AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Ordered glasses on 11/01/23 only a pair of varifocals so nothing special. Received invoice and expected delivery within 15-20days. Received no notice of delivery or issues After waiting 3 weeks I had heard nothing no email no text no call nothing.
Phoned company for a call back just wanted to get a update. Was promised a call back within 24hrs heard nothing left for a few days and called again.
Again promised a call back. Left it again for another week called again and was told that the receptionist was unable get hold of anybody and was promised it would be passed onto management to call back. Surprise surprise no call and called again today. @9:00am 24/02/23 and was told that they would contact management and I would get a call still no call. Have now passed onto my payment provider to sort. I understand there can be issues with any order but communication is key. If I had call to explain or even an email. I would not be writing this review. Very disappointing on every level

Very slow processing. Delivery from date of despatch to receiving them is excellent. Order place 17 November and arrived on 17 December. The delay seems to be in preparing the glasses for posting. Royal Mail delivery is excellent. Glasses are good but not worth the extended wait.

i have almost all my glasses from these yes delivery is long but lets put into perspective i ordered 2 pair yesterday from boots there own make yet for 80%saving ive ordered 2 american freshman glasses for 24 quid inc delivery.. bargain and lets be honest nowhere else comes close to savings offered here and speckyfoureyes will always have my custom

I have had a couple of orders from Specky Four eyes, the first order (a year ago) took over 6 weeks for delivery, but this latest order arrived 10 days after ordering, I even had a query with my prescription and within 60 minutes the in house optician (Stella) called me to discuss and put my mind at rest. My latest order took advantage of a special on Superdry frames and I am very happy with the frames, lenses and overall quality, I could have let the first order cloud my judgement but I am very happy with my new glasses and the service.

Really great value with step by step updates via email. Considering we are in the middle of a pandemic the fact that you can get glasses online without visiting an optician is a big plus (and thumbs up to staff making that happen). I uploaded my last prescription selected frame/lens and that's it!

Took ages to arrive, well over the 30 days and as advised. Lots of emails blaming the delay on the current crisis...but when they finally arrived they are the best specs I've had in years. Would have given five stars for the finished product but for the pre-release info it's a three max.

I have had a good experience on 2 occasions. It's not the quickest but the costs were very competitive. My last set seemed to go astray in the post during the lockdown but they dealt with the matter quickly and I now have my glasses and am ordering another pair. On my experience I can recommend

They have good deals, a pair of Levi's prescription glasses with a case and cloth for £20(or 30 if you want the lenses thinned out which I did or 35 if you want them tinted).

First pair I did with them worked perfectly, I did not need any time to adjust to the lenses. They were the most precise and clear lenses I've had in the last 4 years. I am doing another order now, this time for sunglasses, will edit my review when they arrive.

After purchasing the glasses on January 2nd I was informed it would take up to 20 working days. A lot of places give the worst-case scenario, but if it takes 20 days, I accept these are what I've agreed.
After 20 working days, I had not received any communication (or specks) so emailed them (no answer on the phone) they replied by stating it was 30 working days.
This was nearly up anyway so no point in stating I had 20 days in writing. After 30 working days (38 days), on the last day, I got a dispatched email stating they had been sent and would be with you in 5-8 days.
They arrived 5 days later - nearly 2 months after ordering them. WRONG FRAMES. After 3 more calls and a rant on twitter, they decided to refund the money. I still haven't received it.
I guess I got free glasses, not that I would be seen dead in them, but would you trust the prescription from these incompetents??. No way. I couldn't give 0 stars as Trust Pilot won't let you.

Ordered glasses in Jan with a discount code - took longer than I expected, over six weeks; but they responded to my email asking for an update, the glasses are great and there were sweeties in there so I’m happy :D

Please take note, you'll have a wait of between 4 and 8 weeks for your delivery. That's a fact. I've used them four times and the delivery times have been between that. But the quality has always been very good and i've no complaints at all there. Use this company if you just a fancy a change of frame (or lens) in the near future. Don't use them if you're desperate for spectacles. It's no good moaning about the service once you've paid for the goods, look in to it beforehand. As I said, quality fine, you'll just have to have a little patience.

Good glasses, much cheaper than high st, but as per other reviews they are slow. Will use again (but will order well in advance)

Ordered 5 Jan 2020. Received an email about two/3 weeks later saying the optician had approved the prescription I entered, then an email a week later saying they were being glazed and then... A few days ago I had an email saying they were being dispatched and yesterday they arrived (09.02.20). They seem fine and at the price I paid, a bargain. I did check Trust Pilot before I bought them, but I thought it was worth a punt. From my experience it seems fine, as long as you are not in a hurry. I will use again if the offer is good.

Made the huge mistake of using them once a couple of years ago and assumed they were a good company..my mistake!
Totally appalled by the now seven week delivery schedule. I’ll never be recommending or purchasing from them again. Throughout the process you receive emails trying to ‘up sell’ to a better lens etc. Totally frustrated by the whole process...total shambles

I am not afiliated with them and its not a fake review I ordered a pair of Levis on 3/12/19 and only received shipping confirmation today 24/01/20. For all those moaning here...at the time of order they clearly say it takes 10 to 30 business days...so why moaning???? I dont get it...

Arrived well packaged and with a little extra surprise thanks! Love my new glasses.

Absolutely Terrible, 10-30 working days to be delivered and they can't even manage that! Massively over trading at the expense of the service they provide. They are now estimating that I will have the glasses 2 months after ordering but not holding my breath!
