Sent in one pair to test them out & the entire experience was easy & seemless! Very happy with the result! I will definitely use them again!

My optometrist wanted to charge me over $500.00 for my eye glass prescription.

I did my research and the same prescription with the same additional options (transition bifocals etc.) were half that price.

Instructions to make this happen were clear and got my lens replaced and shipped to me in a timely manner and once again I see perfectly.

Great team of staff keeping me informed of their receipt and shipment tracking for the return.

Early December I mailed my eyeglass frames into Spec RX Direct to have new lenses put into them. Unfortunately, UPS delivered my frames elsewhere & was not able to retrieve them. Spec RX Direct informed me of this problem and offered me a free pair of frames with lenses at no charge as a replacement for my frames (and even a refund in addition). When I said I didn't want a refund but instead I'd like to mail in a second pair of frames plus get their frames both with new lenses so I'd have a backup pair. They agreed. Just now, I received my two new pairs of glasses with new lenses. They work great and I am thrilled. This company provides an important service allowing us to recycle our old frames when our glass prescriptions change. And this firm shows great customer service when they offered a free pair of glasses even though the UPS mistake was not their fault. Wow! I'm impressed. I will use them again when my eye prescription next changes.

I am very satisfied I ordered 2 pairs of lenses for my glasses and I received them within 3 weeks I love them they also sent the original lenses along with 2 little cases for the glasses and some cleaning wipes!!

I sent my new glasses to get the anti glare coating and they never looked better. I'm so happy at the result no more house of mirrors look on the lenses just the sleek smooth look of new glasses. The price was great and my glasses came back with new lenses that are perfect. The free shipping both ways is also really great. My only complaint is the lack of customer service. I emailed twice with no response. Maybe that's how costs are kept low but some sort of response would be nice. Even so, I'd order again and would recommend to others.

I bought 7 pairs of designer frames but my insurance wouldn’t cover the lenses. My eye doctor wanted approx $300 to put in the lenses. I called the large department stores eyecare center and they wanted approx $60 a pair. I decided to try SpecRXDirect. Their website was easy to navigate. I easily uploaded the script and photos. They emailed me the label and I shipped them in. Days later they were delivered back to me. And I couldn’t be more pleased. They did a fantastic job. Very professional. Kept clear communication during the process. I even have a few more pairs I’ll be sending in. Now the only problem is deciding which pair I want to wear each day. Lol. Thank you for the great service!

I am very satisfied with my glasses. The turnaround wasn’t too bad considering I had to send them back to get new lenses with the actual brand Transition because the generic didn’t change like I had expected. The price difference was a lot less than I had expected as well. Very happy, thank you!

Actually I don’t think I could have rated this company any higher.
After researching for separate companies to do the exact same lenses, SpecRXDirect was the one I went with. With the discount they offered, they were a little over $100 cheaper than the next in line. I decided that they were worth a chance, as they had a few good reviews themselves.
I sent them my frames, and within a couple days they sent me what seemed to be a personal, non AI, reply confirming that they received. Three days later they were sent out via UPS.
I received them and was pleased to see that they replaced the nose pieces, and gave them a super cleaning, so they looked brand new.
The lenses were perfect, and the transition was perfect also.
I’ll definitely use them again when I feel the urge to bring out some other old frames.
