I found specs at home on google I got in touch by what's app message within no time I had a reply from Kashan regarding a pair of glasses I enquired about the customer service is excellent I received and very fast postage Kashan was very professional, and very pleasant to talk to when he rang me very highly recommended company thank you Kashan

A fast friendly service to supply a new frame to replace a damaged frame. From telephone order to delivery by post just 4 days. Price was extremely reasonable!

The customer service and quality of frames are excellent! I have a complex prescription so there was some back and forth and all the advice and care to ensure everything was accurate made the whole experience extra special, I would not hesitate in recommending to anyone.

I received some Stepper frames from Specs at Home. I am a petite size so it is difficult for me to find glasses small enough on the high street. The glasses I received were a perfect fit and a very good price being £50 cheaper than in a shop. The frames arrived within days along with a lovely case. Thank you.

Absolutely amazing experience. I had a gent called Kashan who was unbelievably helpful throughout each process of the order.
My specs arrived today, are a perfect fit and the vision is that good, i’ve realised that my original pair i bought from a popular opticians may of been wrong. Will be purchasing a second pair from these guys for sure!!

The prices is what drew me to the company. Had a small issue with shipping and contact info. Once i got ahold of the customer service they immediately rectified both situations with speed and care!! And my glasses were mailed. I would definitely recommend the company. Thank you!
