At first it seemed there was no response from the shop. But Kashan was later on very cooperative. It takes time to make prescription glasses as you like. I am very happy with the service. I can't speak highly enough of Kashan Aziz. His family run company puts the customer's satisfaction ahead of any other consideration. Kashan has gone out of his way to accommodate both my schedule and eyewear needs, right down to long conversations about the best lenses for my needs. Add to this prices that are the most reasonable I've found online or IRL, and you have an unbeatable combination. (Also, besides being an experienced and knowledgable optician, he's a lovely human being.)
