I ordered three bonnets from this company received one bonnet and two shower caps. Told the company the items I received were wrong even sent pictures yet they still wanna say that’s what I ordered when clearly it’s the wrong items since the bonnets I order were to be all the same just a different color,And they want to offer me 9 dollars refund when each bonnet sold for 17 each. They are so full of shit and won’t get my business again

Bought hotwheels pen for son but never arrived said in Manchester so from the 18th March nothing complained said send another 1 out but none on website scammers

I ordered from this site. Took a few weeks eventually got them. After placing my order I googled reviews, emailed them right away to cancel. They said I was too late and I would like the bras. I ordered XL but got a 14 which is medium . I emailed them right away telling them they're too small could I get a refund or replacement. They ignored three emails. I contacted PayPal who investigated and even after providing my emails to the company and PayPal to cancel they found in this disgusting companies favour. Will not trust PayPal again.

I would give a negative if I could.

Just over 2 months later I have still not received my order, multiple tracking numbers that are not recognised and back and forth emails going no where.

A fraudulent company!!! Report to Google to have their page removed and post your negative reviews.

Horrible company I placed an order and I emailed because I changed my mind to cancel it before they ship and they didn’t. They say oh you’re gonna like our product and I asked for a refund they wanna give me two dollars back do not buy. This is not a quality it’s like a bra from the dollar store horrible material. It’s hard to close on back and the customer service sucks.

I ordered doll10 foundation or at least that's what I thought I was getting. First of all I ordered the second lightest color and they sent the darkest they had and then I realized it was not even the product they advertised . I tried and tried to get my money back. They said they will give me 5 dollars back on a 28 dollar order and I kept telling them to send right product and color or give me my whole refund, then they said they can give me 7 dollars back and I said no I want the entire refund. Then it went up to 12 and said it's the best they can do. This is bullshit! A nightmare. Do not order from this company . Its a scam and they lie

I unfortunately made the mistake of ordering from this site. It says it's an American company which is lie #1.
I ordered 3 bras. It took weeks and I contacted them and said since they haven't shipped I want to cancel. They suddenly had a tracking # and said they couldn't cancel as they were already shipped. Weeks later I see tracking from CHINA!! I never received the bras.
A coworker ordered the same thing and brought them in to show they were such thin cheaply made bras and so small she said I'm lucky I didn't get mine. However I'm out the money as they are a scam company in China!!
Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company unless you have money to throw away!!

I bought a bag from Spectaclem.
Cancelled my order 1 hour after as it looked cheaply made. Sent them an email telling them not to ship. They replied asking why I’d like to cancel. I responded and they shipped it anyway DAYS later. Their customer service is horrible. I was right, item is nasty. They now want me to pay for shipping return when I didn’t want it shipped to begin with. Avoid this company. Very deceptive.

Bought colour changing foundation from what I thought was spectaclem, that’s who my emails were coming from, but they don’t sell it according to their website, plus it didn’t work anyway, just made my face whiter.

One star is too much. This company is a joke. They sent untrue to size and say it is. They offer $3US as compensation which is insulting on an $45 order and say it’s too much to ship it back.
I would not ever buy from this company again. Buy local folks. Save your money and time. Don’t get scammed by buying from China. Lessons learnt.

Zero is the magic number. I ordered what was advertised as trackers that work with Android phone. When they FINALLY arrived, they are for Apple. I am pissed. The customer service is as worthless as teets on a board hog. It is a scam. I wish I had seen reviews before ordering. You can bet I am going to put them on blast!!!! Sorry m effers.

Überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen.
Sie erhalten billigste Chinaware auf die sie sehr lange warten müssen trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage.
Die Ware, in meinem Fall angeblich ein Strickwolle Pullover mit Kapuze aus der Vikingerserie, entsprach nicht der Beschreibung und wie auf dem Foto bezeugt. In Wahrheit bekam ich einen aus 100% Polyester und Printdruck Pullover.
Nach vielen Emails und Forderungen mir einen Retourenschein zu senden sowie mein Geld zurück erstattet zu bekommen, wurden mir 3x ein Angebot über zuerst 3USD, dann 6USD danach 9USD und zum guten Schluss 10USD angeboten. Hierbei wurde nicht einmal auf meine Aufforderungen wirklich eingegangen.
Mann schrieb mir u.a. das eine Retoure auf eigene Kosten zu tragen seien, welche so hoch wären das es sich nicht lohnt. Mann hat zwar immer schnell auf meine Emails reagiert jedoch ohne auf meine Beschwerden wirklich einzugehen.
Ich kann daher nur vor dieser Website abraten so wie es schon viele hier getan haben und ihre Erfahrungen gemacht haben. Reine Abzocke und für mein Empfinden Betrug.

Ordered ratchet straps on Dec 1st and just like everyone else on this site, they never showed up and can't get a straight answer with them....Total sham !!!!

If I could give a zero I would. I ordered from them in November to ensure my product arrived by Christmas. Two months later my purchase still has not arrived. I have reached out to them on a weekly basis, their response has been every time is that: they will call the shipper to expedite my product. WARNING!!⚠️ DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I have requested a refund and they have denied it.

Along with others, I sure wish I had read the reviews before buying. I purchased ratchet straps on 12/4/24 for Christmas presents. Tracking showed very slow progress, I watched it every day. Needless to say, they didn't arrive by Christmas. I began emailing customer service on January 2 and have continued every few days since then. Their responses say some version of, "so sorry, we're trying to get in touch with the shipper." Also, my order total on the confirmation is a lower amount than the amount my card was actually charged.

Update: since the date of this review, two things have happened. The company gave me a partial refund in response to me, asking them to cancel my order and refund me in one of my email exchanges to them. Also, on February 1, my order appeared! So although I'm disappointed that it took so long and so much effort, Im happy to have my order at last.

Like everyone else on here, ordered my rachet straps back in beginning of dec. and have never arrived and quit tracking Jan 5th This is such BS!!! I too would have given a zero but it's not available!!! such a scam!! And they're laughing all the way to the bank. Never buy anything on internet anymore

I sure wish I would have read these reviews before I made a purchase from them! That’s on me. I too have been waiting for an order for a set of tie down straps since December 6, 2024. It is now “supposedly” sitting in Portland for the last 7 days and hasn’t moved. I believe even the shipping updates are a scam.

UPDATE: I have never received the order and am currently working with VISA fraud department.

give it a zero but that wasn't an option. Ordered ratcheting tow straps too & never arrived BIG scam. Keep sending tracking info but no tracking available . It's been since Nov. I ordered & now Jan & never arrived
