US company but warehouses in China.

I purchased 2 belts from them, but the sizes were too big. So I asked for an exchange. I was even willing to pay for shipping costs. I guess consumer laws are different over there.

It was a lot of back & forth & they did offer a refund of some amount, but that doesn’t fix the problem. I still have 2 belts that can’t be used.

Really poor company policies.

Received my ornament today expectation of this ornament was not what was on the ad it a flat piece of garbage, something I could have made myself for $2 what a rip off you should be ashamed of yourself. For doing False advertising and ripping. People off

I ordered a stacking Highland cow Christmas ornament. On the website it looked like a 3D ornament. I received a flat piece of plastic with tiny pictures of Highland cows.
What a load of rubbish. I would not recommend at all.

I ordered interactive balls for my puppy and never received. When I contacted company they show item was delivered by USPS. However the tracking number they provided is not one used by USPS and when trying to retrieve info from their website, neither order # or tracking # generated anything. Buyer beware. I would not purchase from the company again. If they make the item good, I will be glad to update my review. Oh, btw, I did receive a small 3 x 4" envelope with a small charm in it and am now wondering if this was what they sent to track.

I found overall satisfaction in this purchase; quality aligns with the reasonable cost. Design is practical, and packaging was adequate, though the shipping took an extended three weeks to finally reach me.

Recently added a versatile kitchen gadget. Its design impresses with multifunctional capabilities, though handles seem a tad flimsy. Slight improvement in grip would enhance usability. Nevertheless, a practical addition for both cooking and cleaning routines.

This product shows promise, effectively removing pet hair, while the baking tray fits perfectly in my air fryer.
