Candidates deserve better
⚠️ STAY AWAY FROM SPECTRAFORCE. My experience with Senior Recruiter Sunanda Thakur was disappointing from start to finish. She took the time to speak with me, requested my résumé, and then failed to acknowledge receiving it or provide any update. Only after I withdrew my application did I receive an apology. Respect for candidates shouldn’t begin only after they’ve walked away. If this is how applicants are treated before they’re hired, think twice before trusting this company with your time.

Excellent Supplier
I’ve worked as a MSP with Spectraforce in Puerto Rico for around 11 years. From my group of suppliers they are the best. The team is excellent, very detail oriented, fast responders, very professional and provided great quality of resource's. Highly recommended!

A Partner that Cares, Works Hard, and Delivers
Spectraforce has a roster of internal talent that puts them at the top 1% of staffing and workforce solution firms in the US. They also have the rare combo of deep industry knowledge AND solution flexibility that makes them an obvious partner for global enterprises, and mid-enterprise companies that want to source talent closer to the communities where they are rooted. These are things that matter when your company depends on partners to source and supply talent. Spectraforce has the dexterity to support a customer with 3-5 resource needs, and the capacity to source 300-500 folks when the business demands it. In my experience - EVERYONE AT SPECTRAFORCE CARES and they make sure the customer feels that support and engagement at each step of the partnership.

Professional, Technical, and Supportive
Spectraforce has been a pleasure to work with on my contract employee needs. They provide talented contractors that are highly skilled & experienced in their fields of study, and their bill rates are significantly lower than many of their competitors. They are very receptive and responsive to feedback from hiring managers such as myself, and they understand the challenges that I face on a daily basis, ranging from technical to financial to organizational.
