Susan Worthington has been our Financial Adviser since January 2018.

She efficiently and smoothly handled the transfer of my UK private pension to a Malta managed QROPS pension shortly before Brexit.

Since then, she has provided sound, reliable and trustworthy financial advice covering financial implications of my will and potential inheritance tax issues.

Susan has from the very start been totally professional in her approach to our domestic situation as residents of the Balearic Islands.

Barcelona office (Barry Davys) did an excellent job in sorting out my UK pension, and has followed it up with regular contacts over many years to check that everything is going well and to help with any administrative questions. Excellent service, recommended.

In my opinion Susan Worthington set up a very inadequate trust for my Grandfather. It has caused upset since his death. Upon his death the fees increased from £14715 to £83307. In my opinion His letter of wishes upon his death was different to the one we held and the copy he had went missing. The trust fund is now less than half in my opinion it was due to the poor set up. As a beneficiary I am not entitled to any accounts or information. Susan resigned in 2017 after I embarrassed her with her fee. Note this was one trust alone I’ve never seen the figures from trust 2. In my opinion I would urge anyone thinking of using her services to be very very careful. Look at her qualifications carefully. If she’s pushing a trust fund ensure you have a protector trustee and a set fee even upon death as your worldly goods will slowly diminish. It’s cost me immense heartache and loss.

I got to meet Susan Worthington in 2003 when I accompanied my mother to an investment meeting . My mum was a very sharp businesswoman so I knew her choice of investing must be good . In 2015 I was left an inheritance which I placed in Susan’s hands to invest for me . She is one of the most transparent, understanding and caring persons I know . I have been totally happy with both the results of the investment and with the continuous up dates they send out . Highly recommended.

Your man had been helpful to me on a couple of financial issues over the last year or so and I therefore went to him for advice on investment matters. He was most attentive and helpful throughout that process so it has been a source of some disappointment to me that I found myself unable to proceed with the project.

We took on Chris Webb in Madrid last year, he has really sorted us out, given what we think is very sound advice and been honest and straight forward with us which is exactly what we were looking for. We feel safe with him and the backing of spectrum Group. He is also very quick to respond, talks to us in a way we can understand and is also a really nice guy!

We were introduced via a neighbour a few years ago to Dennis Radford. We were incredibly nervous in the beginning in investing our money but after a meeting with Dennis who is extremely knowledgeable in all money matters, we went ahead and invested a sizeable sum with Spectrum.
A year later we were that impressed with the growth of the fund we invested more money.
For those that want to reap rewards from investing wouldn’t go far wrong by putting your trust in Dennis’s expertise.
We used to live in Arboleas, Almeria and now live near Murcia. Dennis still visits to update us regularly giving us insight to our fund’s developments.

I have been with Spectrum via Dennis Radford in Javea for nearly a year now. Dennis has have helped me with setting up a new UK SIPP to manage my diverse portfolio of pensions and finally see some better market returns that the UK "big boys" seemed to deny me of. Good advice throughout, sometimes a QROPS is not the best thing and my advice was not commission driven rather than long term client driven, I had to search a while to find someone who took this approach and delivered client service and am very pleased with my current outcomes. The main competitors in my local area of the Costa Blanca seem very commission driven and are best avoided.

If , for any reason he would not know an answer because it dealt with taxes in France or bank laws in Germany , he would immediately contact one of his colleagues and provide for the required answer.
