We have been using speechtext.ai for over three years now. We started out with their web platform for audio transcription, but these days our team mostly uses their AI chatbot right inside Slack.
Our team does a lot of marketing research, so getting accurate text from our call recordings is a big deal for us. Speechtext.ai does a great job with this. The best part is the variety of speech recognition models they offer. It helps us choose the right model for different types of audio files so we get clear and consistent results every time. We haven't had a single issue with the platform or their support team over the years. We plan to keep using it.

Used speechtext.ai for a while — it does the job, but nothing impressive. Speech recognition works for basic tasks, but accuracy could be better, especially with accents and technical vocabulary. The interface is straightforward, but the feature set feels limited compared to competitors. Decent value for money, but far from the best options out there. Has potential, but needs improvement.

I needed an audio transcription service for the research project. The turnaround time for English audio was fast and the pricing was very reasonable compared to other services I've used in the past. While the final transcript from the service was accurate, the formatting left something to be desired. It would be great if the service offered more customization options for formatting in online editor. Overall, a good experience!

Shockingly bad. Gutted because I paid the money with high hopes. Ended up having to go use REV instead. worked out cheaper and was million times better.

Onboarding og dashboardet er ellers ganske intuitivt og jeg havde set frem til at bruge Speechtext.ai til mange filer, både på dansk og engelsk, men er nødt til at se mig om efter en anden løsning.
