Me siento totalmente estafada

Me siento totalmente estafada, compro una vajilla por 5,95 euros el 9 de agosto, que a fecha de hoy no he recibido.
Posteriormente me cobran 29,13 euros según ellos por una suscripción que en ningún momento he autorizado.
Realizo la correspondiente reclamación y hasta la fecha sigo sin recibir el abono ni tampoco la compra.

WARNING! They're taking money from the card without any authorization. I don't understand how they can know the number. Be careful

I got into some issues with hackers case when my card and email infos were used to register on this website and to make a purchase. I contacted the Escalation Team Management, and they replied almost immediately and helped with my situation. Now I’ll just wait for the stolen money to be sent back
