Really impressed with Speed Booking
Really impressed with Speed Booking. I was struggling to find a suitable driving test date myself and decided to give them a try. The whole process was simple and straightforward, and they managed to find me a test date much quicker than I expected.
Communication was great throughout, and I always knew what was happening. The team were helpful, professional, and made what can be a stressful process feel much easier.

Wrong date booked + they scammed me
I was recommended speedbooking by a friend. There are two major problems i had.
First problem: i asked them to book me for the 27th of may because they had that date available, they agreed and then booked me for the 19th of may which i only noticed later in the evening. They didn’t change the date or cancel the booking and offer me a refund no matter how many times i pressed them on the issue.
Problem two: I arrived at the test centre anyways and had to call in sick (which i got in trouble for) just to attend on the 19th of may. I then didn’t get my name called out by any examiner, and when i called dvla to ask why, they told me that my test was cancelled online all the way back in march. I wasn’t notified, nor refunded, and this was the only company i gave my license details to. They essentially scammed me.
I messaged them afterwards for a solution and asked for a refund or an explanation, they concluded by saying “another service has probably used your license details to cancel the booking” even though i have not used any other company. They are now ignoring me, have my license details, and have scammed me of £250. Please completely avoid them, I am getting authorities involved for a fraud investigation.

Hi Abdullahi,
We’re genuinely sorry to read about your experience and completely understand why you’re upset.
We’d really appreciate the opportunity to investigate what happened, as there appear to be a number of issues relating to your booking that we’d like to look into properly.
Following the recent DVSA system changes, we experienced a small number of booking issues with one of our suppliers. We’ve since updated our processes and resolved these issues, but we’d like to review your case individually to establish exactly what happened.
Please could you contact our team on WhatsApp and ask for Jay, or reply with your WhatsApp number, and I’ll personally take over your case.
If we’ve made an error, we’ll absolutely put things right. Depending on the outcome of our investigation, we’ll either arrange a full refund or book you another driving test at no additional cost—whichever is most appropriate.
We never want any customer to feel they’ve been left without support, and we’ll do everything we can to resolve this matter as quickly as possible.

My daughter booked her test with Speed…
My daughter booked her test with Speed Booking UK back in May 2026. Today she found out the booking was for a special requirement/disabled test. She was told that if you turn up for the test she would be refused and not allowed to take it.
Today we have WhatsApp Speed Booking UK many times explaining what we were told by the DVSA and asked them to get back to us. They have ignored us. My daughter has worked so hard with her Saturday job saving to pay £250 for this test to be SCAMMED!

Hi Shad,
We’re very sorry to hear about your daughter’s experience and completely understand how frustrating this must be.
We recently experienced an issue with one of our booking suppliers following the DVSA’s new system updates, which unfortunately resulted in a small number of driving tests being incorrectly booked as special requirement/disabled tests. This issue has now been fully identified and resolved, and all new bookings are being processed correctly.
We’d really like the opportunity to put this right. Please could you contact our team on WhatsApp and ask for Jay, or reply with your WhatsApp number here, and I’ll personally investigate your booking.
We’ll make sure this is resolved as quickly as possible by either:
✅ Booking the correct standard driving test for your daughter at no additional cost, or
✅ Issuing a full refund, whichever you would prefer.
We never want any customer to have a negative experience with our service, and we’ll do everything we can to resolve this matter promptly.
Personal contact number: +44 7742 749511
We look forward to hearing from you.
