One thing in the package is how we register our product in the data base. I need weblink of the database for product based information entry directly from us without going to customer point of sales.

Can I add my product information to the barcode when we scanned?

Speedy Barcodes からの回答
Thank you so much for your 5-star review! We are glad to hear that you found the purchasing process easy.
To answer your question, there is no hidden information within the barcode number itself. You will need to add your product details and barcode number to the scanner app or software you are using. This ensures your product information is included in that database.
You will need to repeat this process for every platform or system where you want your product to be recognized.
We have also sent you an email with more details that may be helpful.
Thank you again for your support, and we look forward to serving you in the future!

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your concern and want to assist you in resolving this issue as quickly as possible.
When an order is successfully placed on our website, an email containing the order details, including the barcode numbers, is automatically sent within just a few minutes. Simultaneously, the order contents are also available for immediate download from your account center on www.speedybarcodes.com.
As previously mentioned in our email, we have reviewed your account and can only see the order for the one free promotional barcode number provided when you registered your free account. We do not see any record of additional purchases.
To help us investigate further, we kindly ask that you provide proof of payment. This will allow us to verify the transaction and assist you more effectively.
We have not yet received a response to our previous email requesting this information, but we are here and ready to help as soon as we receive the necessary details.
Thank you for your cooperation, and we look forward to resolving this matter promptly.
