Extremely unprofessional
I’ve used this service multiple times, and unfortunately, getting a loan has consistently been a long and stressful process. This has happened to me more than twice now.
The loan amount offered is often higher than what I actually requested, and the repayment date is set for before my actual payday. When I ask for the agreement to be corrected so the repayment date aligns with when I actually get paid, communication seems to stop or I’m left waiting for a response. They have ghosted me since yesterday evening.
At this point, it almost feels like you’re being pushed into either taking a larger loan than you asked for or agreeing to repay the loan before you’ve even been paid. Neither option makes sense for a service that is offering payday loans.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but when the same issues happen repeatedly, it becomes extremely frustrating. A payday loan should accurately reflect the amount the customer requested and, most importantly, their actual payday. The process shouldn’t be this difficult or stressful every time.

If the amount you’ve been pre-approved for is higher than what you would like to borrow, you can simply send our support team an email with the amount you prefer and we can make that adjustment for you right away. The same applies if any information in the agreement needs to be reviewed before proceeding.
All loan details, including the amount and repayment schedule, are presented for review before the agreement is signed and before any funds are sent, so nothing needs to be accepted unless you are comfortable with the terms.

Easiest experience to date
Easiest experience to date. Very quick as well. I had an issue with something and sent an email. I was surprised at how quickly the response came through. Going through tough times suck. As everyone knows. But when you have a company like this that makes it easy to keep your head above water for just enough time. Makes it so much more manageable.

Fraud I received nothing. I was denied a loan but then I looked in my account and money was taken out of my account

ts fast and easy to apply for only ask for what is needed to put loan threw was simple as can be if you miss a line it shows you where it would be nice if all loans were this easy to do no stress no hassels and will give you an answer as soon as possible
