Excellent service, from my first call in the afternoon on a Wednesday to first enquire the service was great from the man on the phone. we very quickly had a quote which was really easy to book and confirm. payment link was immediately sent and again was so easy. Our courier arrived in perfect time to collect the parcel, he was in fact a little early which was amazing. I got multiple updates of the parcel and couriers progress and parcel was delivered in great time. Courier was also super friendly. We booked with them as we were let down by a large courier service, which im glad because now we know about these guys they will be our go to courier. thank you so much!

Excellent Customer Care
My order was handled by Khai Laidlaw, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. His communication was excellent—clear, detailed, and easy to follow. As a first-time user of the service, I had a lot of questions, and Khai was both patient and polite throughout the process. He took the time to explain everything and ensured I understood each step. I needed my package delivered the same day, and everything went smoothly. Really outstanding customer care..

Misled over vehicle type used
Misled over vehicle type used. Booked bike and recieved van, as a result delivery failed as courier arrived too late. Motorboke courier was requested for this reason! Not advised of vehicle type. Penalised by the Speedys inability to provide service required.

Not Impressed
Make sure you read the small print and complete online booking form with all items to collect!
Driver called to complain of road closures then charged extra for collection and time for loading, despite getting help from staff.
Driver also complained that they didn't realise amount of stock to move despite calling to explain when getting a quote prior to booking.
