I have been purchasing items from Speidel since the new ownership took over several years ago. The products are terrific. The customer service is outstanding. Shipping is quick. I love the great colors they have and the price point. Still love the twist o flex watch band!

I had a twist of flex Speidel watchband that lasted about a year, when one of the band links broke. I reported it to customer service & they would not do anything to help. Instead they wanted to blame me for stretching it to cause the break, just to get out of replacing it. I just wanted to get another one because Speidel used to be a good quality band but like other things, they changed.
