Harry who works at SPI looked after my accounts and I always found him to be very responsive and helpful.

I used SPI Accountancy to file a Self Assessment tax return. The initial contact was positive, but several errors meant information was overlooked and corrections were needed along the way. This made me feel I had to carefully review each step of the process.

On the positive side, they worked through all the requested changes in a friendly and professional manner and likely spent more time on the return than initially anticipated. The overall process took around six weeks.

I can rely on the two accountants (MB and HC) who manage my account to always have my back especially when deadlines loom. I have no accounting experience and often phone them up throughout the year with off-the-wall questions and daft ideas to accounting practices. They alway answer my questions with patience and good humour, explaining what I can and cannot achieve. One of them (HC) worked well into the evening, after office hours, recently to ensure my self assessment was submitted to HMRC before the deadline. Needing to phone me on several occasions to ensure he had all the relevant information for submission.
This company has only demonstrated total professionalism with exceptional personnel.
