i wanted to make it clear that we do not know nothing about shoe storage offer and we have nothing to do with this
and we are really really sorry about this situation and we want to find a solution

I can see you signed up for The VIP membership presents one of the two ways of shopping that you can shop for on our website.
You have the option of shopping as a one-time purchase, which you can opt for by using our regular prices, or you can shop to our VIP member prices and enter a 3 days trial period.
As a VIP member you are not obligated to either buy or pay each month, to keep the benefits of the membership. You can always put your membership on "Skip" so you don’t have to pay. Should you forget to skip, a €35 credits is placed in your boutique, good toward your next item.
The membership is explained in all the steps before purchasing, in every item/purchase box, at checkout and in the order confirmation email.
We also write it here on Trustpilot in our company explanation.

Please read the email we have sent to you from support@spicyhub.store so we can find a solution.
