They haven’t honoured their stated timeline. The withdrawal was supposed to be processed within 7–21 days, but it’s now been over a month. The request was initiated on March 4, 2026, and as of April 11, 2026, there’s still no resolution. Each day, I’m receiving the same repeated response with no meaningful update.

They keep answering with the same generic response.

Ok so, spicy jackpots has taken a turn for the worst guys. DO not deposit anytime soon.

1.false information given on site= it says a withdrawal can take up to 7 to 21 days, which is rediculous , especially for a loyal customer anyway, and they have exceeded there own time frame.

2. Customer service pit me throigh to a "specialist" called kate which quite literally has ignored the fact i was asking for a new password which a collegue managed to do for me in seconds previously. Infact she is ignoring me now.

3. You cant make a withdrawal when one is pending, meaning the site is useless if you win, you cant withdraw.

I deposited on the 15th of feb, i am still waiting , there reason is that they are going throigh verifying checks??? Ive deposited and withdrawn for years. They must be going down hill.

Honestly if you want to waste money for a joke, use spicy jackpots .

This is a sister company of all the other scam online casinos. Same thing, they take your money instantly use third party payment systems. But don't "pay out" for 7 - 21 business working days. Which can be upto a month.

Any legitimate company will pay to your bank either instantly or the next day. EVEN WEEKENDS.

I got upto just under £7000 playing roulette. I had a problem withdrawing the money. Then when I tried again I then had to wait 21 HOURS!.

They state you can only withdraw 5000 per week. But only 4300 in 1 transaction. Why is that? It would've taken 2 months minimum to get that money.
