J'ai passé une commande de coque pour un s26 ultra sur le site.
A réception de celle-ci je m'aperçois que ce n'est pas la bonne référence et donc les contacte pour le retour et demander l'échange de la bonne coque.
Ils me répondent que ce n'est pas possible car selon eux c'est moi qui ai fait l'erreur
En fait leur coque s'appelle "ultra" et donc dans la désignation ça faisait s26 ultra...
Tout était sur la même ligne
C'est vraiment inadmissible de réagir comme ça

Do not buy anything from Spigen
Do not buy anything from Spigen. Bought their cover Spigen GlastR EZ FIT, and it was not easy. Placed the cover on the Steam Deck screen, a lot of air bubbles when applied. It came with a squeeegee, to remove them, but it immediately scratched the cover. Waste of money. Thank god i didn’t buy their case for the Steam Deck.
Screen protector is too thick
Screen protector is too thick, has sharp edges and is scratched so easily. Destroyed the sleek design and feel of my iphone air.

Uso le cover Spigen dal 2020 e non mi hanno mai deluso.
Questa recensione è riferita esclusivamente alla cover, non al servizio (l’ho acquistata su Amazon).
Ho acquistato la cover Tough Armor di Spigen per il mio telefono e ne sono pienamente soddisfatto. La struttura in due pezzi offre un’ottima resistenza a urti e cadute e ha un bordo rialzato sulla cornice dello schermo che crea uno spessore protettivo: se il telefono cade di schermo a terra, la cover impedisce che il display tocchi direttamente il suolo. A me ha salvato il telefono più volte, anche senza pellicola applicata.
Nonostante sia una cover rinforzata non risulta ingombrante e mantiene una presa solida, senza far diventare il telefono troppo massiccio. Anche l’aspetto è sobrio e professionale, adatto sia all’uso quotidiano che a contesti più formali.
In sintesi, è una cover affidabile che permette davvero di stare tranquilli.
Per me Spigen è ancora una garanzia.
Customer service is appalling
Customer service is appalling. Watch strap broke in less than a year and they're refusing to replace it because it might be "wear and tear". Absolutely shambolic support. Avoid them at all cost and take your money elsewhere.

Ok, ausser bei Problemen mit Produkt
Versand und Lieferung aus den USA in die Schweiz hat bei mir mehrmals gut geklappt. Die Handyhüllen sind von guter Qualität und halten mehrere Jahre. Einzig mit einer Linsenschutzfolie war ich nicht zufrieden, da sie die Bildqualität etwas beeinträchtigte. Spigen hat meine schlechte Bewertung des Produkts weder kommentiert noch veröffentlicht.

Ho acquistato circa un anno fa una cover Spigen su Amazon convinto di proteggere al meglio il mio smartphone, anche perché costa circa il doppio delle altre e vanta qualità superiore.
Dopo qualche mese ho iniziato a notare micro-graffi sulla parte posteriore del telefono: si era accumulata polvere tra cover e telefono che ha rigato tutto il retro del dispositivo.
Come se non bastasse, la cover stessa dopo neanche un anno è diventata completamente gialla, perdendo ogni appeal estetico.
Ho contattato Amazon, che mi ha rimandato a Spigen. Ho inviato foto e spiegazioni, ma Spigen si è limitata a dirmi che la loro garanzia copre solo la cover e non i danni al telefono, attribuendo il problema a “fattori ambientali”.
Risultato: telefono rovinato, cover ingiallita e nessun supporto reale.
Mi aspettavo che un marchio come Spigen, che si presenta come premium, si assumesse almeno un minimo di responsabilità o proponesse una soluzione.
Esperienza molto deludente: cover che invece di proteggere danneggia, si ingiallisce e assistenza clienti che scarica la colpa.

Ich hab Hülle gekauft. Nach ein Jahr ging es kaputt. Danach wieder ging es defekt. Hochwahrscheinlich ist Produktionfehler. Aber Spigen will kein Garantie innerhalb Garantiezeit geben und hat verweigert ein Reparatur/ Austausch zu geben. Nie wieder Spigen. Mull
No longer a fan ...poor quality and customer support
Was a huge spigen fan. However, their quality has gone down hill, and customer support is lacking when it comes to standing behind their products. Recent issue with a tablet case that broke and they offer me 10% discount. Laughable. So they just lost me as a future customer...a household with about 10 mobile devices that get changed up every couple of years at least. That's 10 case sales minimum they just threw out the window for one lousy claim for an obvious manufacture defect...a case worth $30 that probably costs them $5 to replace. There's long term thinking for you.
Avoid Spigen – Extremely Poor Order Fulfillment and Customer Service
I placed an order with Spigen 7 days ago for several accessories for my 2025 Tesla Model Y that were clearly marked as “in stock.” Their policy states orders ship in 1–2 business days – but that never happened.
After 4 full business days without any shipping update, I had to follow up myself. Only then did they respond with a vague excuse that the items were now out of stock due to high demand — after they accepted my payment and held onto my order for an entire week.
This feels like bait-and-switch behavior — selling items they don’t actually have, not communicating delays, and responding only after being chased down.
Now they’re offering to ship the one item that’s still available and leave the rest pending, but with no clear ETA or real apology.
This is not how you treat paying customers.
If you care about:
• Respecting your time
• Receiving what you paid for
• Getting honest updates
• Proper customer service
Stay away from Spigen. I expected a premium brand to act professionally. Instead, this experience has been frustrating and disappointing from start to finish.

Bought an Apple Airpods Pro case, the black one with carbon. Really happy with it. Durable, looks great, high quality. Had some questions for support, they've answered in a timely manner. Really can't complain.

I have had the Samsung Galaxy S21 ultra case for about 4 years now and it has withstood a lot of damage.
It's a simple design which I like. The kickstand is useful for watching films.
The raised edges at the front have protected it from screen smash which happened to my previous phone with a different case.
I like the padded edges for the same reason.
Upgraded my phone recently and gutted to see no option for my new Oppo Find X8 but hopefully they will make one soon.
Garbage products. Garbage service. Don’t waste your time or money.
The absolute worst customer service. After contacting the company about a laptop case that fell apart in a few weeks the agent, Lyn, is unable to help me and sends a sarcastic response. I’ve reached out four times to speak with someone like a manger who can help me and also submit a complaint and she hasn’t responded once. They are the worst. Garage products. Garbage service. Don’t support this company.
Their cases are now painted white plastic
Their cases are now white plastic that is VERY POORLY painted, such that in a few weeks, your black case has glaring white spots of chipped paint all around the edges and looks trashy, making this case look like a cheap joke. What a poor business decision, almost to the point of corruption and fraud. Let's just say the quality is extremely bad, they know about it and are still doing this. Used to be cases were the same color plastic all the way through. Finding another company after being disgusted with feeling cheated by them.
Terrible and dismissive customer service
I have a Spigen Ultra Hybrid case for my S24 ultra. Within less than a year the back coating had begun to fail, which of course you wouldn't expect to normally happen on a Spigen case.
I contacted Spigen, and was met with a very dismissive response blaming this on 'normal' wear and tear. They wouldn't help any further and were adamant that it 'may' have been wear and tear.
I've used Spigen for many years and have always recommended their products. But having come across this defect and the non-existent help from their customer service team, I shall instead buy a different case as I no longer trust the quality of their products. I'll also no longer recommend these cases to others.
What is the point in offering a two year warranty if you refuse to honour it and claim everything is normal wear and tear?
