I was a bit dubious to sign up after the bad reviews but I've had no issues, signed up, played won and withdrawn £300, withdrawl was fast and I recieved funds by the next morning. Some games are a bit laggy and I got logged out during play once or twice but overall I have had no problems at all

Won over £800 and suddenly my balance drops to 25 no answer on live chat scam
I had a decent win £800 stuck to all rule and term and conditions suddenly balance drops to £25. Live chat not help full no reply.
I have now been sat at queue position 1 for over half an hour now. Absolutely shocking service.
I would avoid at all costs
Update after waiting for nearly an hour on live chat told my winnings were void due to a bonus balance. When checking terms and conditions for the bonus that I had the max I could win use was £500 but they are now telling me its was £25 absolutely ridiculous. So out of a £889.25 I was given £25.
I have never come across this with any casino I have played a bonus with..
This site needs shutting down

After my deposit if £20 i won £50 i withdraw the money but still not received in my account .
I spoke with them on live support explainned the issues i had they said in 3 wirking days i will have the money in my account and after 4 days i found my account locked

Error admission but no compensation
Well up to last week I had no issues with this gaming company. Last week deposited £20 loaded blackjack the game crashed.
Reloaded it had 2 hands 1 £3 hand 1 £2 hand.
£3 hand won I had blackjack £2 hand lost.
Went to play a 2nd round the balance lowered to £8.
I didn't hit play. I contacted support via livechat.
Got contact fairly quickly but was told that the gaming provider had to review the game. Further to this I.was told that I'd have to wait upto 10 wrkung days for this to be resolved.
Anyway 2 day it was sorted. There was an error in the game. Now at the very least for waiting this time for them to sort it at least I would have expected spintowin to offer as a gesture some free play.
Nothing just sorry that's all I got.
Shocking for customers this behaviour.

Zero winnings Zero communication…
Dont expect to win anything even if you do. They suspended my account after a big win ( no bonus winning ) won from cash ballance. When i contacted them they said it was tor verify but I recieved NO comms from them to verify or regarding my withdrawl. Only comms i was sent from them spam for promos. You have been warned.

Having been a loyal customer for years and having spent over the years the price of a house, today i got locked out, i spoke to customer services saying that it was my bank, it wasnt as my bank is ok with other companys, so she said i needed verification, which i have done years ago she said their is nothing like that on their system, so you can have my money for years, then suddenly decide you want to verify me again, its all ok by me as they are not that great of a casino never had any big wins, games seem to be long winded no payouts sometimes you get a rare payout but nothing above 1 grand, which they take back if you keep playing! so glad they stopped me as i have gone somewhere else where i did win...regards samir

Wouldn't believe the previous reviews that this site is rigged. Deposited £20 and ended up winning over £200 on first attempt! Can't comment right now on withdrawal but thought it was a fantastic first experience! Will definitely play again!

Played this site for a while just got a 12 pound bonus so played it and won over 600 pound to be given 127pound of it lost over 500 pound as they said you can only win 10x the bonus money but have to wager 25 times the bonus money total scam told them to close my account which they did straight away but luckily I had withdrew my 127

Poor payouts. Poor odds. Poor results. Spent £300 after sign up and noticed the pay outs are ridiculous, free spins at £1 are a joke. Emails sent of proof that returns are shocking with RNG not in my eyes looks certified well. Avoided and account removed. Would not be so bad if the site allowed some payouts to continue playing, but as it’s not a big known casino money will be taken to fund staffs pockets
