Hey dont play here big warning. They hold withdrawal for weeks saying must check with Gameprovider eveything good. They are using methods delaying withdrawal so you cancel and lose. What meaning play if like this?

This new casino offered me a welcome bonus. While playing with the bonus I had a nice win of €1500,-.

Apparently, I played on a slot that wasn’t authorised for play with bonus funds. I couldn’t have known this, as a fault in their system allowed me to play on it. They confirmed this in an email that it was their technical issue.

To resolve this issue, they could have chosen a middle ground. Unfortunately, they chose to remove all winnings and leave only my deposit in my account. A fairer solution would have been to allow me to start wagering again from my large win of €1,500.

Also; be aware that the maximum win whilst playing with a bonus is 5x the bonus amount. This is far below the average for an online casino.
