Account deactivated and €3,500 withheld without transparency

I am currently dealing with a very frustrating situation with SpinPanda.

My account was suddenly deactivated due to “underage usage”, even though I am now 18 and my winnings were generated after I reached the legal age. Despite this, my withdrawal of €3,500 has been reversed without a clear and transparent explanation.

I no longer have access to my account, which means I cannot even view my own transaction history. I have requested multiple times for a full breakdown of my activity, but so far I have not received any clear answers.

I am fully willing to cooperate and provide all required documents, but the lack of transparency and slow communication is very concerning.

At this point, I expect:
• A full transaction and gameplay history
• A clear separation of activity before and after I turned 18
• A fair resolution based on accurate information

I hope SpinPanda will take this seriously and resolve this matter properly, as this situation is causing unnecessary stress.
