dieses Casino betrügt ganz bewusst. es besteht keine chance sein Konto zu verifizieren und somit bekommt man sein Geld auch nicht. Dokumente die in 30 anderen Casinos sofort akzeptiert wurden werden hier abgelehnt. warum dies der Fall ist --keine Ahnung--in chat sind nur unfähige und die zuständige Abteilung antwortet nicht.

I am trying to get my withdrawal since ten days. Although I had to verify with my ID-Card, Selfie and Addressevidence before I could make the first deposit, casino wants the same verification, and this time it needs so much time that is easy to understand that the casino tries to delay the withdrawals.

same as the other reviews. will not payout withdrawal. keep asking for verification details and it takes 3 days every time. i have been in constant contact with them for over a month now and still they keep cancelling my withdrawal telling me my documents are not correct. Stay clear of any website with the name Spinpolo . Scammers

Same as other reviewer . Won £150 . Initially asked for passport . Waited three days and then asked for three further types of verification . Still awaiting any further obstacles for collecting a relatively small amount of winnings . Dodgy

after 3 days pending whitdraw they ask for selfie id and cancel your whitdraw and ask for adres en bank logs after you send it they need another 3 working days its a big scam im waiting 8 days now now after 9 days they canceld whit no reason en chat give no answer big scam never play here
