Decent games and quick and easy redemption process as long as you got your bank info in correctly. Maybe the payout is different for everyone with different payout amounts.

After playing for nearly a year I won barely enough for a redemption they said it would take three business days well it's been 3 days already and it hasn't even been approved yet.. does not make me want to deposit on spend quest ever again

I won on the sweepstakes app spinquest on the 21st of March here it is the 26th of March and I still haven't seen a penny from them. I won 250 dollars and would like to play more but if they aren't going to pay out then I wouldn't suggest them to anyone. If they ever pay ill let the review readers know. But until then I would not okay there.

Love online casinos. This one though takes quite a bit of deposits to get any return. The initial redemption time is quite lengthy..and they do not offer incentives or a daily rewards. There is not much about this particular casino to make someone want to come back. I guess it is the money we are willing to put in for a small win and not customer retention.

This site is complete scam . Like many other reviews I read they let you win and cash out a time or 2. But have lost $2,000 more than I won and never have even gotten $1 ahead since then. Every spin is a loser. Stay away from this scam

Wish I would’ve found them sooner…I usually play at a variety of online sweepstake and regular casinos…but since finding SpinQuest I find myself playing less and less at other places and almost exclusively play here now, and at first it was because they have instant debit card redemptions and the best selction of live dealer/table games as well as the best game providers in the industry (well the ones that are available to US residents…come back Pragmatic!!!) in addition to those attributes, their support is fast, professional, and patient. I thought a game settled a bet wrong and when I brought it to supports attention they took the time to review it and got back to me that it was settled correctly.

I doubled down and assertively insisted there was an error in the gameplay (at no time did I think it was rigged…I’m not one of “them” people) and asked for further explanation or review. Instead of writing me off and closing my ticket, they humored me and asked the provider to reexamine my gameplay. While awaiting the results from the second round of reviews, I realized I don’t know how to play Craps bets as good as I thought and I was definitely in the wrong. I told them this and they expressed gratitude for letting them know.

This may not seem like a big deal to some but it’s a big deal to me. In this industry getting casino staff to even give your issue a fair review is like pulling teeth, they usually just tell you “better luck next time” or something to that effect.

As I already stated, they stand out with their game selection and instant debit card prize redemptions, but the support staff is what really sets them apart. It was multiple staff members that responded as this transpired over a couple days, and each one of them was patient and professional.

Do you want to be scammed and never win anything sign up on this website I have never won a single thing and lost over 5k. Legit scamming don't use this website go to the other blue website that pays people.

Can I give it a negative 10 stars? Not worth using their services. They will continue to take your money if you keep going back. Return to player is really low. I’ve had many occasions of dropping 3-400$ and not getting any free games/bonus. And the wins you get are pennys on the dollar you spent. Hope this place gets shut down. I’m fed up and over it.

I am writing this review because SpinQuest support has completely stopped responding to my inquiries regarding a legitimate $5,000 win.

My account (Username: hhxart20298) was locked for "multi-session KYC" immediately after I hit a large win. I have provided the requested information, but the lack of communication is unacceptable. $5,000 is a significant amount of money, and being ghosted after winning raises serious concerns about the platform's integrity.

If this is not resolved within 48 hours, I will be moving forward with:

1. A formal consumer complaint to the California Attorney General’s Office under AB 831.

2. A formal dispute with the BBB against Social Gaming Room LLC.

3. A bank dispute for "Services Not Rendered" on all my recent deposits.

I am more than willing to complete any additional verification needed, but I require a response and a timeline for my redemption immediately.

The games are so rigged. Just stay away. You won't win a penny. I played the Mines game and only had 1 mine and put 5$ bets and every time first 1 I picked was the bomb. Baccarat is just as rigged. 10$ hands every time no matter what I bet the opposite hand would win. Run and dont look back.

Just like everybody said, waiting on my first redemption. Still pending, started the process early morning March 7th.

Edit: received my redemption, honestly 4-5 days is doable. And I love their daily bonus.

It was not complicated at all to get verified so I'm leaving my reviews star number at a three but will most definitely put it at a 5 after receiving my redemption in a timely fashion. I I'm leaning towards this being a pleasant experience it has been so far but either way I will update you immediately after finding out what I've experienced and will give you a 100% truthful review.
UPDATE: I am happy to report that in less than 72 hours My payment was received through my bank! Through no fault of spin quest there was a issue on my bank's cart not informing me that they closed my account however spinquest assured me that once they received the payment back they will then load it to my account and I can put the redemption back into another bank account and I'm sure it will be a much faster process this time since it will be a second redemption therefore I'm giving spin quest a five-star review!! I had no issues with this company they did everything that they were supposed to do and they didn't try to get out of payment.

when there is an issue. customer service is responsive just to brush your concerns under the rug. Never received any 10% back and I spent over $1000 on a rigged toilets when that was clearly operating out of standard deviation. If you win take the $ and run because your data including betting history and strategy are tracked and you will experience the most anomalies of any social casino. When contacted by management they refused to reach out to the provider who is based out of Ukraine and Romania. I am mathematically gifted and also can provide data They didn't like that I won so regularly so they had to skew the outcomes. I was betting neighbor bets for all numbers surrounding 0. Betting 13 or more numbers and not hitting anywhere close to normal probability or odds I know that I don't stand any chance to win with their establishment now which takes away from the experience.

I won 30k on Spinquest and was paid via ACH within the same week. They also offer instant redemptions up to $500 per day. The only thing missing is a VIP program but other than that, this site is very trustworthy. Any bad review complaining about losing should be disregarded. Winning and losing is solely decided by the game provider not Spinquest.

They have not responded to any of my emails..didn't have any problems before this there system glitches when processing purchase and my account is locked and can't get my money back..
