Ok to start this off i really liked the games. I made 2 deposits and became vip. I made a 30$ withdrawal and then a little bit later I was able to use some of my bonus coins to make a 10$ withdrawal. That was almost 24hrs ago and I still haven't received the money. I also sent them 2 messages on the support chat and still haven't got a response... Bunk AF! is there a phone number for these ppl?

I would have given them a Zero if it were possible. I was doing $2 spins and about to cash out. Unbeknownst to me, the bet suddenly changed (without me doing it) to $20 per spin. Before I even realized what happened, I had insufficient funds. That was only 2 spins. I contacted customer service and thought surely there must be a glitch and they would return the amount for the 2 random spins. To my dismay, it was the complete opposite. They only said they couldn't help me and nothing else. Didn't even try to investigate the issue or offer any type of solution. I feel like I was robbed. DO NOT TRY THIS CASINO!

I deposited 1999 I got $31 in sweeps coins I played won 815 and now they're telling me I need to become a VIP by depositing money I already made a deposit to become a VIP That's what the $20 was well 1999 so I'm confused and I'm going to end up calling the gaming commission tomorrow

I wish I would have checked TrustPilot before I started playing Spinredeem casino. I consider myself one the lucky ones as I've actually redeemed twice successfully. Won again and tried cashing out for a 3rd time and the only contact I get is their support telling me how great they are. They can sure take your money. It don't like to give out the winnings.

I have three $30 payouts that are just sitting there for weeks. Probably wont be getting any of it. Scam.

ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!!! I have been playing on this site for a couple months, and the first time I actually won and tried to cash out, they make you try and play through your winnings a little at a time in order to convert it over to be available for cash out. Then when I requested the redeemable funds, I have yet to hear anything back from them. I have a $500 redemption request just sitting there.

Scam 450$ balance that i cannot redeem. I've been playing on social casinos for over 5 years and i promise you from personal experience. Id you ever have to pay any amount in order to receive your winnings than its a guaranteed scam. 100 out of 100 times and there is no exceptions, no matter how bad you want it to work out and toy think you'll get paid after you make a small deposit. I play alot of different social casinos. Never had a real problem, some just take a long time to get funds after you put in for a redeem. So, this popped up on Facebook this morning. They said instant redeem and we give you 10 SC to start playing but you can't redeem until you deposit. So. I made a deposit, played for like 3 and a half hours. Got my balance up to $506.00 then went and hit redeem. I have no money in there. What are you talking about. I just spent almost 4 hours playing for nothing. Wasted my money as well.
