Would give 0 stars if I could, a group of conmen running the show. would not allow withdrawing and were going back and forth. Took nearly 4 months to pay out the winnings. had to get the gambling commission involved to get the winnings paid. so stay away. they will not pay out without a fight.

I've played this site a few times over the past year or 2 and actually never had a problem before now.. made a withdrawal 5th December nearly 3 weeks which is completely different to the 5 days they say is max wait on your funds going into your bank.. I've spoken to customer services a good 15 tines to be told nothing they can do it's down to payments team.. but you can't speak to payments team only they can.. I'd advise people to play elsewhere. It's all funny as your deposit seems to take seconds but they hold your withdrawals this long. Such a poor site lately.

Finally got my winnings after 9 weeks and 170 emails, I get that they have changed companies but that's just rubbish, shouldn't let people deposit if that was the case, I still would saty well away people.

So now 90 days. Had an email 8 days ago saying my withdrawal has finally been approved. Money will be in my account in 3/5 working days. We'll guess what now 6th working day and nothing. Absolute joke of a company. I was fully verified 2 years ago. Please play somewhere else.

After 8 weeks of waiting i just recieved an email that my witdrawals were reliesed and i will get the money in 3-5days.If i will get it like they say, i will delete all my negative reviews and post a bit better one.

Anyone have any idea if the police would be interested.

Very bad site.All of the grace media casinos are.I used them almost 8 month and the beginning they were ok.Fairly reasonable wins with normal stakes and good fast pay out..But since the middle of May they suspended my account(just like other players I read here) not surprised just after I made a withdrawal which never arrived…I tried to use resolver who can’t help because they don’t have them in the database..I reported to the uk gambling commission and still waiting for answers for them..Does anyone have any result against them???Is any other company where we can file a complaint against them??

An update on my review, 6weeks after winning and uploaded every document they asked for at the time now they want three months worth of bank statements. Said it before stay well away from this site, I still do t understand why its operating as I've filed a formal complaint to the gambling commission( I urge everybody to also do this) there always quick enough to take peoples money !!!
