I've always been surprised with how quickly Dan Smith is able to resolve any issues I've had, or updates requested. From taking control on my pc to resolve email sync problems to simply updating my website, he's so efficient and on the ball, thanks Dan!

I left a message in online chat and they called back the next day. It was with regards to my emails not syncing with domain after I made a new webpage and Dan Smith was very helpful, took dual control over my Mac while on the phone so I could watch him change the required settings and the issue was resolved quickly and with a friendly amenable customer service provider.

They took the time to explain the options. Once we agreed to use their service they had our websites moved over in no time.

Contacted Spire Hosting late on in the afternoon after finding out my current hosting company was closing their servers. I needed a new provider and fast. I had concerns about losing years of emails and a decent host for our company website. In less than 30 minutes Dan had been provided with all the details and had look into the transfer of everything from our previous supplier. He reassured me that everything would transfer overnight and he would keep me informed of the process as it went along a few WhatsApp menages where exchanged and then in the morning my first message was from Dan at Spire Hosting informing me that everything had been successful. That for me was amazing but to top everything off he sent a small file to my phone to fully install all my new email settings.

I've been around the block, having developed and hosted WordPress sites for over 15 years. Recent server reliability issues with another host prompted me to look for an alternative, and after comparing dozens of hosting companies, I settled on Spire... And boy, am I glad I did!

I've had great hosting with poor customer service, and poor hosting with great customer service before - it's almost the choice you have to make when it comes to web hosting. I've tried so many web hosts throughout the years it's not even funny.

Having worked in the industry for a long time (including for a large UK web hosting company), I know when I'm being fed bull - Dan's exceptional knowledge of web hosting infrastructure and zero-nonsense approach has been a breath of fresh air in securing quality hosting for my clients.

I am forever grateful to the team for their assistance, and look forward to a partnership with a team I know have the ability, confidence, and, crucially, the product behind them. My only regret is that I didn't find them years ago!

Purchased Wordpress hosting through Spire today. Their service was outstanding! Dan helped me migrate my old site and took care of my emails (not a single email was lost). Ryan then called emailed me to let me know everything was complete and the site was secure.
